Twice now I've ordered food on their app, and when I got there the store was closed and was told I have to cancel on the app. You can't cancel your order on the app. So you just lose your money. It's akin to theft. Taco bell customer service just doesn't respond.

Sometimes the meat tastes like… well, taco flavored dish water? It’s difficult to explain. And whenever we go to the drive through later in the evening the woman that’s sometimes on the drive though ordering is rude.

The way this Taco Bell was just built and already has a worse review rating than the one just down the road is actually comical. The employees are all children and act like it’s such a chore to do a simple thing. This Taco Bell was not needed and should have never been built. This Taco Bell also always forgets items and it’s such a hassle to even get the missing item.

I went thru the drive thru to get my order. They left off a beefy five layer burrito. So I circled back around to get it. After Nancy drew and her crew solved the mystery (along with me presenting my receipt) they reluctantly gave me the missing burrito. they definitely made me feel like they didn't believe me. Which is annoying because like bro, do you really think I wanted to go thru the line again? But decent food over all aside from the sus employees

Ordered for pick up. They forgot my fiesta potatoes, I didn’t even order that much & was the only car there then when I went in to tell them I had to wait awhile, when I got home i took my stuff out and my fiesta potatoes were upside down, taco was stuck to the paper & food was cold. Just a bunch of teens working that don’t care.

This is the most inconsistent Taco Bell I have ever seen. Two of the same items in one order will be made completely different. On different visits the difference in quality is all over the map, sometimes it's great, others the food is disgusting with weird flavors that I have never tasted at a Taco Bell and I have to throw it away because I'm not sure it's fit for consumption. Today the stack of napkins in my take-out bag had been used to sop up some kind of red drink. I'm done with them, I won't be back.

So mean and rude!! We were missing a large nacho fry and when I said something about it the guy said.. I know what I put in there! He gave me the fry but not the cheese, when I asked for it he slammed the window and when he came back he pushed it into my hand really hard ! He was yelling something at me as I drove away! This is not the first time this kind of thing has happened and almost always our food is wrong. I'm just over them... wont be going back!

The last 3 times I have gotten nachos here the chips have been rancid. I don't go here often, maybe once a month.which means this has been an issue for months! I called today because I got another batch of rancid chips. Talked to a manager and they said that they just switched out their fryers and asked when I last got some chips. I told her I was currently holding the rancid chips. She said. "....ok... if you want to bring them back we can exchange them"Naw I'm good off more rancid nacho chips.
