Taco bell is always great. They seem to be able to be consistent in pricing, proportions and friendliness. Easy to order with extra or without things. Very, very rarely have an issue with my order. When it happens one out of 25 visits, that's just fine and not an issue.

Wish I could give zero stars... The absolute worst customer service and the workers are down right rude.... Will not be back and don't recommend coming here at all. Tables in lobby are dirty didn't even have a clean place to sit and eat

I got the box and it had a big burrito, a crunchwrap, a drink and chips and cheese. I think it was six bucks you can't get a meal for that price anywhere! It gets a five *yum* rating...

My family and I waited in line for 90 minutes, literally! My husband reallllllly wanted Tacobell and then it was too late to leave.We were stuck between cars and couldn’t leave. The food order was wrong and messy!

First time ever being to this Taco Bell and they mess up my order. Asked for cinnamon twist for my sister. Didn’t get them. THEY asked me for sauce, I said I’d like mild and I got no sauce at all. Not a good first impression ??

I was craving Taco Bell this afternoon and stopped at the Longview, WA store on Ocean Beach Hwy. There were no customers waiting to order and I saw 4 or 5 employees working in the back and tending the drive-thru. I stood at the counter for more than five full minutes with no response. Employees looked at me, even made eye contact, but ignored me and just kept on with what they were doing. Nobody ever came to take my order, so I left and went to a Subway that I pass on my way home from town. What is up with this, anyway??
Went by at 7:10pm on a monday and the lobby was closed. Combine that with the fact that they STILL have the mobile order only line blocked off, it's a wonder if anyone is actually in charge of this place or if it's the employees running it. Also, do not order on the app unless you're at the store. They'll make your order and it'll sit on a shelf until you get there, where your food will be cold as hell. Lastly, they gave my mobile to someone else and then shrugged at me

So I went to this Taco Bell for the first time today and the burrito was covered in sauce and very cold, which happens and is completely understandable. However, I called and asked for a refund which they said was totally fine and when I went in the general manger (I’m assuming because she was training) took over and was super rude and talked to me like I was a 5 year old. Probably never eating here again. Thank you to the girl with the red hair though you were incredibly nice and you deserve a better job.

Order to my cravings box with a chalupa supreme no lettuce add nacho cheese sauce and no sour cream I got a crunchy taco inside of a white chalupa shell with spicy ranch sauce is what it looks like and then I ordered a Doritos locos tacos for my side with no lettuce I got a five lawyer burrito is what it looks like and then I ordered a spicy chicken ranch thing and I didn't even receive it and there's no phone number on Google.
