I really like Taco Time...the food is fresh, consistent, and always tastes good, and the staff is friendly. My only downside is feeling a bit pressured to tip during checkout for drive through service. That aside, the quality and overall experience keep me coming back.

I placed an order for 4 BEAN crisp tacos, no tomatoes. When I got home and sat down to eat, I realized they gave me 4 BEEF crisp tacos. It wasn’t a huge deal, I figured I’d just call and let them know and let them make it right the next time I came to town(I only go to town once a week). But to my surprise the staff was incredibly rude. Every time I called and tried to speak to a manager(I was polite) I was hung up on. The next time I was able to go to town, I decided to stop in, but they were closed for renovations or something I guess. So I emailed taco time and nobody responded. I would’ve been cool with 4 bean tacos on my next trip to town, but what gives? I’ll never give taco time my money again.
