Ordered the chicken katsu the top crust rock hard the chicken was extremely chewy and the bottom crust soggy gross mush... I want my money back took a few bites of multiple pieces of chicken unedible

I went for take out, and when I got home with my order, the condiment container that holds the teriyaki sauce was half full of this gelatinous material that I did not recognize. I went back to Teriyaki Spice and talked to this guy who looks like a sumo wrestler that has seen better days. I showed him the "sauce", he shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I used to eat here twice a week for the couple of years. That ship has sailed, I will never patronize this place again. The most disrespectful treatment I have ever experienced at a restaurant.
