I went for take out, and when I got home with my order, the condiment container that holds the teriyaki sauce was half full of this gelatinous material that I did not recognize. I went back to Teriyaki Spice and talked to this guy who looks like a sumo wrestler that has seen better days. I showed him the "sauce", he shrugged his shoulders and laughed. I used to eat here twice a week for the couple of years. That ship has sailed, I will never patronize this place again. The most disrespectful treatment I have ever experienced at a restaurant.

I ordered the woodland special, the shrimp and the pineapple tasted like mold so I had to throw it away. I called them up to let them know and he never offered me a refund or anything like that he just said I'll let the cook know.

Not a great experience. Salad was put in the same container as the hot teryaki.. by the time I got home it was hot & mushy. The chicken in the teryaki was extremely dry. The taste wasn’t bad, but also not great by any means. The egg roll was good. With how expensive food is these days you should really take more pride in what you serve to your customers. This was my first time here & will not be returning.

I got the teriyaki chicken and pot stickers. The chicken was so dry even though I got extra sauce. The pot stickers were deep fried and burnt. I won't go back.
They forgot my potstickers and then gave me the ones i ordered after I drove back and they were cold. Will not eat here again. Service was unbelievable. They didn't even apologize just said if I was going to come back and pick up the food.

I didnt go into the restaurant but ordered delivery. I was surprised to see how little food was in the take out box. The weirdest part was the dressed salad in the same compartment as the teriyaki. The salad was warm and the dressing bled into the rice. The chicken was extremely overcooked. Really disappointed over all. Im def sticking to minamis after this.

Ordered a lunch plate with order of 2 eggrolls for $20. Not a very good deal in my opinion for small amount of food. Eggrolls were cold in the middle. Teriyaki chicken had good texture and flavor. White rice was mushy. Salad was good but barely any in the box and because it was next to warm stuff it was a bit wilted. Suggest putting salad into a separate container with dressing on side.

Ordered teriyaki chicken and it was served dry, no teriyaki at all,just a tiny portion cup. The salad was put into the same container as the chicken so it was all hot and wilted instead of fresh and crisp. Never again. I liked it better when it was Bob Paul's!!!!!
