They forgot my potstickers and then gave me the ones i ordered after I drove back and they were cold. Will not eat here again. Service was unbelievable. They didn't even apologize just said if I was going to come back and pick up the food.

The service is terrible. We ordered dinner from them and they canceled my wife's meal without telling us. So she had no dinner to eat as she doesn't like what I ordered.

I didnt go into the restaurant but ordered delivery. I was surprised to see how little food was in the take out box. The weirdest part was the dressed salad in the same compartment as the teriyaki. The salad was warm and the dressing bled into the rice. The chicken was extremely overcooked. Really disappointed over all. Im def sticking to minamis after this.

Ordered a lunch plate with order of 2 eggrolls for $20. Not a very good deal in my opinion for small amount of food. Eggrolls were cold in the middle. Teriyaki chicken had good texture and flavor. White rice was mushy. Salad was good but barely any in the box and because it was next to warm stuff it was a bit wilted. Suggest putting salad into a separate container with dressing on side.

They just served me rancid ribeye, used to be good food now even the salad containes the stump of the lettuce. Waste of money.

Ordered teriyaki chicken and it was served dry, no teriyaki at all,just a tiny portion cup. The salad was put into the same container as the chicken so it was all hot and wilted instead of fresh and crisp. Never again. I liked it better when it was Bob Paul's!!!!!

Food was kind of lack luster and bland this time around which is uncommon. I ordered the chicken and beef teriyaki plate with no meat or vegetables and can say it was no where near worth the close to $15 it costs including tax, I’ll just cook at home next time.Dietary restrictions: Only eat meat

I stopped to eat lunch here for the first time ever. I ordered chicken teriyaki. The lady taking the order didn't give me a receipt or even enter the order into the machine. I'm positive she pocketed the cash because she took a few moments to do the math in her head. I asked for extra spicy. When I got back into my truck to eat my lunch, my food was the wrong order. They gave me beef and chicken. The beef was overcooked, not extra spicy. So there you go. I'm sharing this for the owners as much as the next person who eats here.
Great food, but the past few times I've ordered I've been pretty disappointed, between their menu saying to add noodles is $1.75 and then getting there and being told it's $7 instead for just plain noodles and their serving sizes which seem to have decreased pretty dramatically, like I said, good food, they just need to fix their price points if they are going to offer less food.

Ghetto garbage. Nothing was seasoned, they don't have fried rice and the prices on the menu are blacked out with electrical tape. The only reason I tried this place was because I had a coupon and it was still 15 dollars. Go to minami's, better in every way.

Newly remodeled, excellent food! Instead of a salad they had steamed vegetables that I could substitute. They were delicious! Hawaiian teriyaki chicken sandwich. YUM!!

i got the chicken teriyaki, the number 1 (13.04$) and for more than half of the container there was rice and a little bit of a salad with a hand full of chicken, rice was not all the way done. I got a California roll or 7 dollars and I was thinking I was going to get a little more then 4 small pieces but that's what I got! definitely no flavor, probably came from a box.
