Love the food just wanna start there. But rarely does anyone at the front desk acknowledge a thank you or anything from customers. Poor customer service beyond taking money and handing over food. There's a lady with black hair and glasses I always say thank you to and smile and she never acknowledges or even smiles. Train ppl to have better ppl skills because having good food is not enough ..... especially these days. Kindness in any sort is better than what I have witnessed here as a customer or dasher.
Stopped for early lunch at this converted Taco Bell. The inside was clean and brightly painted. There were customers coming in and out in a steady stream picking up orders. We were greeted as we entered and soon ordered a beef burrito and a carnitas plate. The food was prepared quickly. Both dishes were very good. Bathrooms are entered from the outside and there is ample parking. Pricing for meals is higher than expected as we paid over $30 for the lunch.

This restaurant has really gone downhill since the muchas gracias days. They are very prone to messing up orders and are very reluctant to make it right. Been coming here for years and while the food is pretty good the service really has gone downhill. Had them give me the wrong food and then when I got home to Castle Rock they wanted me to drive all the way back that night to get it replaced. I asked if they could just put my name in the book and they told me only if I had the receipt which they did not bother to give to me and to be quite honest rarely give receipts unless you ask for them. After arguing with them significantly they put my name in the book and then of course when I get there they want to argue with me about what's in the book. As I sit here and write this in the drive-thru they gave the person in front of me the wrong food who handed it back. The owner doesn't want to take accountability for mistakes but also doesn't want to hold his employees accountable for those mistakes. I'm almost to the point of finding a new Mexican restaurant because well I have loved muchas gracias for years I am much less of a fan of Victoricos.

I Really like the pozole!! It’s delicious! It’s packed with flavor and they give you big portion. It has lots of pork inside and even comes with a take out size container with chips, jalapeños, lime, cilantro and lettuce for topping. My favorite right now.

I BOUGHT TWO BACON BREAKFAST BURRITOS This MORNING and NOT ONE PIECE OF BACON WAS IN EITHER BURRITO . BOTH BURRITOS ARE JUST FILLED WITH SOGGY MUSHY POTATOS AND POTATO SKINS WITH A TINY BIT OF UNDERCOOKED SCRAMBLED

Victorico’s restaurant do not truly advertise their food. I ordered enchiladas with ground beef and I received enchiladas with potatoes. I called the store and the girl said that they mix potatoes with ground beef when they make enchiladas. I’ve eaten at several different Mexican restaurants and none served enchiladas with potatoes. I got enchiladas filled with potatoes and sauce. I’m going to stop ordering food by delivery and stop eating at Victorico’s. They are not true Mexicans.

A little salt wouldn't hurt ?I'm astonished with the lack of taste buds cowlitz county has, all these "great" reviews.I didn't even taste the chicken whatsoever. Also, laughing so hard at all the reviews that say this is authentic Mexican food. Americans ?It's good if you want to fill up your belly for a low price.Despite all that, id still choose Victoricos over Taco Bell, because the ingredients are at least more real.The Red sauce is at least kinda spicy, but the flavor is unpleasant...(I ordered chicken street tacos & rice/beans w/ cilantro & onion, somehow still bland with the cilantro & onion).Dietary restrictions: Gluten-free and dairy-free options.

Their asada burritos are the best! Also really good are their veggie burritos and their breakfast burritos. Service is usually pretty quick. Inside, the "ambiance" is strictly fast food, but it's always clean.
I have to LOL at the low star ratings. It’s utterly mindblowing how Cowlitz Co residents rate craptastic restaurants like Stuffy’s as good, and this AMAZING restaurant as fair. You folks seriously need to get your heads examined!?Victoricos is consistently delicious, high-quality Mexican food. I’ve yet to have a dish that wasn’t authentic and tasty. What in the heck is going on in Longview, WA??? We live on the Oregon coast and you would think that they had delicious food there but it is a caca hole . We come to Longview at least once a week for kid trade & my daughter always wants to get burritos ? at this place. I always end up getting something different like Thai food ? or pizza ? but for the first time tonight, I thought what the heck, let’s give it a shot. My daughter ordered her usual burrito ? with Carne Asada and I decided to order their street tacos & a Torta. Had I known how incredibly large their servings were, one or the other would’ve sufficed, but so glad I got both. We tore into the Torta before we had barely left the to-go window ? … Do you want to talk about heaven in a sandwich? Let’s talk about heaven in a sandwich ?: They must have their bread specialty made or bake it on-site. It looks like a small football and tastes so deliciously perfect. And they stuffed it with this lovely Carnita filling, although you can choose from several different fillings, & fresh crispy lettuce ? & cheese ?. Perfection. It is like the Mexican version of our favorite Thai sandwiches called Bahn Mi. As well as the Torta, I wolfed down one of the FOUR street tacos & holy moly; all I needed was some guacamole! ? Simple & Sumptuous & served with plenty of limes. Why oh why have I not just eaten here before? On top of the mouth-watering kibbles, we noticed for the first time that Safeway receipts have coupons on the back for use here. In the game of food, Victorico’s is a touchdown! Eat here to score in the food game!

Ordered rolled chicken tacos. They were tough dry white meat .the meat had no flavor added to it during the cooking process just overcooked chicken white meat. I had to cut them with a knife and fork and broke the knife . The only thing that I found good were the rice and beans thy could have been served hot but I m not pickyVegetarian options: Didn't see anything on the menu but maybe I missed itWheelchair accessibility: It was hard to get into the restaurant from the drive through side door
