Taylor at the drive-thru at 12:17am Sunday May 5th was awesome!!! Good cheer and I appreciated that after a long drive!!!
Staff took 10 minutes to take my hand order which was just a $5 biggie bag for my lunch…got my food out in 2 minutes which would usually make me very happy. My burger was piping hot in the center and cold on the edges. I brought it up to the counter and asked “did you microwave my burger” the staff refused to answer and remade my burger fresh. I complained to them stating it’s bad enough that I’m coming here to eat fast food but then you’re not even gonna cook the food to order? It’s called fast food for a reason it cooks fast…never coming to this location again and i recommend you don’t either unless you want microwave food. Better off going to the frozen section at Safeway…

The worst.. and I mean THE WORST staffing I have EVER seen. 45 mins for 5 cars in drive through. People were trying to reverse to get out of drive though. Then FINALLY got through and my order was wrong. Unfortunately this is not the only time I have had this experience at this location. I LOvE Wendy’s so this city’s location has truly put me off this restaurant for a while.
These idiots rarely can get an order right and when they do u are lucky if it’s not cold.
Probably my go to fast food place for something small or just no time in the day. I find there app easy to use, and a value. Their spicy chicken sandwich is my favorite of all that I have tried from all fast food places and Popeyes

Look I understand dinner rush is alot to take in but, to screw up 4 people's orders up, and make me wait 45 minutes for two biggie bags is insanity. Then a guy who orders after us is obviously a employee and pays after us and goes in the back and packs his own damn food getting ahead of people who have been waiting forever! Hire new people because the service here is awful!
I got my food rather quickly even though the drive-through had a long line. I was greeted by Cara's friendly voice and she took my order in a precise and organized way. She understood what I needed even though the order was sort of difficult. Thank you for your great service Cara!
Came through tonight around 530 and my favorite worker was working the window. Cara is always hands down the nicest customer service person I’ve ever had. She is quick and super friendly. I know I shouldn’t be eating fast food but I just gotta see this nice lady as much as I can
Orderd a mobile order including 4 meals tonight. 3/4 orders were incorrect so I came back to fix it, along with remaking the food that came with it since it was cold now. They refused to make it after already agreeing to on the phone. Manager would not speak with me. Refused a refund as well stating “we gave you that food hot”. Ya well it’s cold now since I had to come fix YOUR mistake. Will be contacting corporate . Shame on these workers

I got the $5 bag the jr bacon burger. Non of my food was hot. And the nuggets have gotten smaller. And the burger tasted a little funny. I think it was the meat. I don't think the patty was all the way cooked or it was the bacon.
