Delicious food made from locally caught salmon... what more could you ask for?! I've eaten here twice this month and was impressed both times. The Salmon & Chips was so good - very crispy batter on the fish and great chips too! My favorite though is their Salmon Taco Special. It's extremely flavorful and the salmon was perfectly cooked. I would definitely recommend stopping here for a bite the next time you visit Lummi Island!
Refreshing for a food truck to serve such great food! My partner and I got both the salmon taco and salmon fish and chips, both delicious. We both have been raving about the fries, I'd buy a side of those alone.
The biggest improvement I could see is more seasoning in the coleslaw, but that is way outshines by the flavorful, fresh, local caught fish. We will both definitely be returning, and hope anybody else gets the chance to check it out too.

“The best meal I’ve had in a LONG time” claimed my 15-year old son of their Pink Salmon fish and chips (followed by a cookie from Full Bloom Farm). Save your deep friend indulgence for this spot. It is deliciously worthy! Also, beware of the ferocious (actually very docile) truffle hunting dog that kills with dangerous amounts of adorableness!
