This place has become our weekly lunch spot, the pizzas are amazing and the atmosphere on the patio and outside seating is very chilled and relaxing.
I would recommend this place to anyone in the area looking for a great spot to eat and chill out with friends.

First time at Cascadia in Rathdrum, amazing service, super clean, pizza was delicious and we loved the crust. We loved how convenient it was to get forks, plates and other items. Was just a great experience. Definitely will be back

Wow. And I mean wow. Never in my life have I had such an overwhelmingly delicious experience at a restaurant, and I mean that with absolute sincerity. I haven’t felt this way since I was a kid running through the dew-speckled meadow. Blows MOD out of the water. And very charming young man who took my order! Keep up the good work, fellas!

Pizza crust wasn't that good and condiments were mostly in the center leaving half of crust with nothing but marinara. Pizza price is definitely on higher side.

The crust was perfectly crisp on the outside, delightfully chewy inside—a true testament to their craftsmanship. Each slice was loaded with fresh, high-quality ingredients, bursting with flavor. Wanted to give a quick shoutout to the crew working today. There was a massive windstorm while we were eating on the covered patio.
Crew popped out back, surveilled the damage, and took action to bring all their customers to a safer location. It was unexpected but very welcomed.
Also, their pizza is great. Decent beer/cider selection and a one of a kind view. Thanks, Cascadia!

Took my 90 year old father-in-law to dinner on one of the last sunny days in Maple Valley. He ordered wings and they were good. I ordered a Canadian bacon and pineapple pizza. The Canadian bacon look like it came from Fred Meyers cut into quarters slices. The pizza had a few brown bubbles on the crust but the Canadian bacon and pineapple was cold, cheeses was barley melted. Worst pizza I have ever had. Will not be going back.
