Dairy Queen Grill & Chill

Blizzards are far from being a blizzard. They’re already melting when they hand it to you. You’ll see even the workers cringe when they quickly turn it upside down.

I got the number one meal which is double bacon cheeseburger. The bun was like chewing on cardboard, the bacon was tough, and the burgers are small too.

I’ve been here several times. Service is okay, though usually slow. Employees are nice, but a decent amount seem to only care the bare minimum. The interior is clean, but has an older appearance.

First time visitor and will say this, seems like there were more flies in the restaurant than people. And when ordering our food, cashier appeared to be more into her conversation with the workers than us - and we stood right in front of her. Food was good but service can definitely be better, she walked away after we paid and did not say a word. We asked if that was it for us and she said from across the way, ‘you can take the receipt if you want’. Not exactly how I want to spend my money or my time, our first and last for sure. Really need to do something with the flies tho.

Best Burgess in Maple Valley

Not only did you mess up my wife's order the first time we came through, an hour later I came inside because it the DT line orders a double flamethrower with cheese I guess and the girl asked if I wanted cheese. I said yes? As I figured it comes with. Then I read the screen and it says plain double cheese. I missed the double cheese part but I mentioned I didn't want it plain and it sounded like she said it says flame on my side. So I figured she had it. She did not. I didn't have time to stay and fix another error by your tyrant team.

My girlfriend is always making us stop by Dairy Queen’s everywhere we go and this location consistently makes the best misty freezes. Usually pretty quick compared to other locations as well.

Love ice cream here

Gotta say I like Dairy Queen ice cream. I've been ordering a dipped cone lately & I'm always amazed that the ice cream is a skinny pillar in the middle of the cone. There is an inch of bare cone around the top of the cone. It seems like I'm being shorted. I've attached a photo from Dairy Queen showing how an ice cream cone should look.

Now usually the employees and their service is amazing but then there’s some days where they’re just LACKING
Ordered normal chicken and for some reason it was bbq chicken?? Asked for dressing and the drive through window was just slammed on me?? For some reason they blended all of my add ons in a blizzard together and it was disgusting but we tank it lmfao
Pretty mid overall… 😼
