Chickadee was amazing! Knowledgeable, friendly, and sincerely interested in helping me. I’ve been having problems with my appetite. She took the time to listen to me, with empathy, and gave me expert advice on what to put in my smoothie that didn’t have dairy, but would still help me get protein. All the staff are friendly and eager to help, but CHICKADEE 🐥🥰 …. made my day! I’ll be back!!

Poor girl behind the counter was by herself working at light speed tonight. Orders kept coming in with no breaks, but she kept calm and did not give up or hesitate once. She needs a raise!!!

I stopped by today, June 3rd, around 5pm. I've been coming to this place for years and always order the same flavor smoothie. However, lately, the smoothies I've been getting haven't been tasting the same. Today, I stopped and got a smoothie from this place, and it seems to lack flavor, like whoever is making them isn't following the recipe. I'm paying for a smoothie that I want to enjoy, but when it doesn't taste right, it feels like a waste of money. I'd like to mention this to the staff so they can look into it and get things back on track. I'm not sure if it's a new staff member or maybe something's being overlooked in the preparation process, but I'd appreciate their help in resolving the issue.

I come first on line and they serve five people front of me not one or two five people Both of them see me in the dark hair girl just have attitude never come again to this store because I will not fight customer who come first people who work there they have to organize those stuff, not me

IF YOU ARE A PERSON OF COLOR, DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION!!!!! I recently moved to the area and am well aware that I live in a predominantly white neighborhood but that doesn’t mean that we have to go back to segregation times when a POC walks into the shop. I pay the same price every other human pays so I don’t understand why I got treated like less of a human. I walked in and was completely ignored by the staff while they had their friends sitting there keeping them company. There was one girl in the back of the counter that completely ignored me even though she looked me directly in the eyes when I walked up to the counter and to my surprise, after waiting more than a few minutes for someone to acknowledge my entrance which was made by the young girl that was cleaning behind me after she ran behind the counter and not the girl that just had made eye contact with me sitting behind the counter the whole time but after I left with my 10 dollar smoothie... I gracefully watched as two Caucasian woman walked into the shop and were greeted with a smile by the girl that had just ignored my existence. Not only did she smile and talk to them but she got started on their smoothies right away while the other girl continued to clean. Hmmmmm…how ironic! I’m on a weight loss journey and frequent ECS more than I really should as we all know how bad inflation has gotten but I’ve never stopped being a loyal customer. I go to all the locations and always receive great service UNTIL I CAME HERE. I honestly went home feeling like I didn’t even belong in this world and I would never want anyone to feel this way just because they wanted a smoothie and the employees didn’t take proper service etiquette training or decent human training at the least. I advise everyone that has some color to their skin to stay away from this location. I thought that the smoothie would at least be worth the negative experience but it’s also the first smoothie from ECS I ever had that tasted DISGUSTING. I’m almost certain they made it nasty on purpose. DO NOT GO HERE, JUST LOOK FOR THE NEXT CLOSEST ONE

Emerald City is awesome! They have a smoothie that tastes exactly like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich—it’s crazy how spot on it is. The people who work here are super fun and incredibly kind, always making the experience great. My daughter is absolutely addicted to their fruit smoothies, and I can’t blame her. If you’re looking for great drinks and even better vibes, this is the place!

The girls are super nice, they have great acai bowls and they are fast and consistent most of the time! My go to place for lunch

I don’t know who’s making Açaí Bowls this evening but you’re stingy and ripping people off! These things are pricey to begin with but I like them and they feed me twice. I’ve never had anyone be so stingy while charging for a “normal” Açaí bowl, which I often get. Not even 2/3 full and that’s the smallest end of the bowl. What a rip off!!!! Maybe time to find someplace else to support.

Loved the green goddess

Smoothies here are so good, the service is friendly, and they have lots of protein-rich and alternative snacks available to purchase.Only point against it is that the music can be iffy for young kids, but I think that's not really their target demographic.

Kid-friendliness: They're happy to split your smoothie so you don't have to buy a second one for your kid who early finishes a full one.
