Should have done this much sooner, so I apologize. We had a surprise party for my Mom last week in the big room and Kaitlyn was outstanding. I felt bad with how attentive she was with our large group, but she was terrific and Brent was on it too, thank you very much. Please tell them thank you from us.

Undercooked pizza. Very slow service. Threw our to go box in the trash. No manager on site to get a refund. Disappointed.

Farrelli's makes the best pizzas. My next visit will be for picking up a take out pizza. On this trip, we decided to dine in. The atmosphere is just okay. It is clean and there are TV's in the bar to watch the games. I wouldn't order margaritas from there again - the mix was definitely off. But, buying a great pizza, I believe they make the best pizzas in this area. It is worth the extra drive.

I am only leaving a review due to the incredibly poor service we received tonight. We went it with a party of 10 for my fiancé’s birthday and our server Jasmine had a terrible attitude the entire time and to top it all off she completely ignored the fact that we brought in a birthday cake in celebration of my fiancé’s birthday. She did not offer to bring it out until everyone had paid and was walking out. She then proceeded to act Mike she had no idea about the cake when we clearly saw the gentleman who brought it back when we arrived tell her about it. We went back inside trying to talk to a manager and were completely ignored by all staff in there. Such a shame and a terrible way to end such an anticipated birthday dinner. We hope that next time we return the service matches the quality of the food.

I’m a longtime patron but things have gotten ridiculous. I just got home from picking up my $20 Mac & Jeez and was greeted by this portion for the money. Annoyance doesn’t begin to describe the insult I feel.

Great meatball sandwich, really good pizza. They changed their tomato soup though. It's still good, just not as good as it used to be. Great weekly specials and great service.

Great service.. great atmosphere-and more than edible pizza. Being an Italian from Chicago-I’m an Americanized pizza snob. And this shizz was actually good! So good I forgot to take a pic of anything but my drink and salad.
