Frankie's Pizza

My whole family thinks Frankie's cheese pizza is by far the best in the area. When adding topping the pizza is still extremely good, but the cheese is cooked to perfection. On the whole I would rate it just below Pagliacci's. But if we are talking just cheese I'm not sure I've had better since Boston Pizza in Des Moines in the 80s. This is carry out so not much to say about atmosphere. It's more expensive than most pizza places. Probably because of quality ingredients.

Waited 2 hours for a delivery for us to have to call them and they tell us the order got messed up

We love Frankie’s thin crust pizza! This is a weekly staple in our house. Pizza’s are consistent and they always deliver on time. Best pan pizza in Maple Valley!

Delicious pizza. Reasonably priced. We found our new pizza place. I hope they expand to have seating soon!

Frankie's Pizza is amazing!

Customer service is definitely not a priority at the Snoqualmie location. The food is fine but we had an unfortunate experience with the service on a take order a few weeks ago. We ordered online and received a confirmation email with an estimated pick up time. When I arrived, at the time indicated on the order email, the employee at the counter couldn't find our order. Another employee, presumably a manager came and looked and told me they failed to acknowledge our order and hadn't started making it yet. I ended up waiting another 25 minutes after arriving at the store. I understand that things happen and wouldn't have been bothered by it, except that the employees didn't even apologize. Since the error was on their end, it wouldn't gone so much farther if they had apologized for the delay. They couldn't have cared less about the inconvenience and it made for a really strange experience. I followed up with an email to the contact address on their website to let them know about the experience and never heard back. I'm really surprised at their lack of customer service and especially the lack of response after reaching out.

The pizza had no flavor, not a good pizza. Go elsewhere. Wish I had.

Great pizza. Best mom and pops pizza place in the area. The cheese bread is top notch for a starter. Pizza is fantastic as well.

Just picked up a Frankie's Special pizza and it is delicious. Really love the cheese and Italian sausage and veggies... Pie was super warm when I got home, so kudos to Saturday - Lunchtime team.
