We reserved the banquet room after my mom's memorial and it was a wonderful gathering. Lovely atmosphere, great food and awesome service. We were so well taken care of and accommodated by our server Griselda. We really enjoyed our gathering and appreciated your assistance. Thank you so much!

HIRE ANOTHER WAITER! the service is sooooooo bad. There is one lady who hosts and waits every table. such a disappointment because the food is good but we took our kids and it took an hour for our food to come out. Don’t even think about asking for water refill. Ask for the check as soon as the food comes.

Recommended dishes: Chicken Marsala

I was looking forward to the chicken Marsala and they had a special valentines menu with no chicken options. I ordered the surf and turf and the shrimp tasted very fishy and I could not eat them. My boyfriend had a pasta dish that was supposed to have sun dried tomatoes and there was maybe 2 tomatoes in the dish and it was not very good overall. They seemed to be short staffed and it was really bright I there. It would have been nice if they dimmed the lights little. The water tasted like dirt and I asked for a sparking water and they said they would check and see if they had it. Finally half way though our meal the bus boy brought us a glass of soda water from the bar. To top our experience off it smelled like bathroom cleaner at our table. I will never return to this restaurant!

Best pizza in Washington easily! Been going there since I was a kid and still going 20 years later. I've never been disappointed and the staff is super cool!

This place is ok and I won't be back. I made a reservation but yet we waited 5 mins to be acknowledged and another 10 min until they actually sat us down. Another 15 min until ANYONE actually came over and said anything got us. Sad part they weren't even busy. Finally a red headed RUDE girl slammed bread on our table. Still not noticing we hadn't been acknowledged. Finally food was average and disappointed food menu was limited on NYE. Not much to choose from and again after it all wouldn't go back to this place. Thought it would have been a better ambiance but definitely wasn't.

Holy moly. This place has completely gone downhill. There was one waitress for the whole restaurant. My wife and daughter are gluten-free. They told us they were out of gluten-free pasta (which is listed as abailbale on the menu) 30 minutes after we ordered…already being served an appetizer and salad, so we couldn’t leave. Had to cancel the remainder of the meal and eat somewhere else.Every detail was pretty bad down to the water that tasted like dirty dish water. Will not be returning.I usually support local businesses and am sad to have to give out a bad review.

So, I have lived in the area for 18 years and passed this by many times. This is saying something because we eat out way more than we should and my wife loves Italian food. I suspect we have passed this one mostly due to the shady strip mall it is in. Maybe it''s odd from the outside, who knows. Tried it out tonight and IT WAS AMAZING! Great food all around. No disappointments. Staff were attentive and quick. Best lasagna I have had outside of New York City. Food was clearly made with love.

This was the worst food I have had in the last five years. We've lived in maple valley for four years and I always wanted to try this place. BIG MISTAKE. The seafood pasta was not fresh and tasted like putrid fish. My husband's ribeye was charred on the outside and medium well on the inside although he ordered it rare. The bread was dense and disgusting. Even the balsamic tasted too acidic and cheap. I ended up sending both our main dishes back as I want about to pay $42 for a seafood pasta that tasted old and a $54 ribeye that wasn't cooked properly. NEVER again will we go here. Awful. Disgusting. Stay away, you've been warned. Honestly don't know how this place is still open.

We've lived in MV since 2006. We have tried to love this place at least 6-7 times, and just can't. A few group dining experiences in the past have been fantastic, and the food excellent. This time, not so much.Service was excellent, but there was only one other table seated when we arrived around 5:15 on a friday. Most of the food was over cooked, with the exception being some of the pasta which was undercooked. Kids had plain pasta and the Diavlo. Diavlo had decent spice and onions were part of the dish but seemed very excessive. The sausage was brat-sized, was very overcooked and dry. Some of the pasta was lumped together and undercooked. It was just not great and felt overpriced as a $24 dish. I had the Pescatora, most of the seafood was overcooked and definitely had a "previously frozen awhile ago" flare to it. The mussels were terrible and added an off flavor to the dish, lobster and shrimp tough and rubbery. Honestly, the clams were and little scallops were decent but only about 50% of them were not overcooked. This was a $42 dish! My wife had the Risotto Di Amore which is a seafood Risotto. It had decent heavy butter flavor but was basically a soup with risotto in it, not a risotto-like as she expected. Most disappointing again was the seafood was all overcooked and rubber. This was a $44 dish! Salads and bread were good, two glasses of Seven Falls Cabernet was $24, and good. All in all, a huge letdown and $165 bill before tip. Again, service was attentive and the place was filling up by the time we left. It could definitely use an update, its fairly worn, and dirty in the corners and dated. I'm not sure why, but the windows/glass in the place have always bothered me. We've tried over the years to like this place and after all the tries, it's just not worth it. For the money, there are way better choices in Issaquah, Tukwila and Renton.

I think that Gino's is out of place in Maple Valley, though I'm glad it's here (we love living in MV). I would expect it more in Bellevue or downtown Seattle.I wouldn't say that it's inexpensive, but the food, service, and atmosphere are wonderful. Gino's, at least this location, has remained a full-service restaurant, even as many similar establishments have needed to change their business model, due to the worker shortage.Who knew that we'd find such a place in little ol' Maple Valley?

This place has been one of the worst experiences. Definitely not family friendly. As soon as we walked in the “hostess” made a face at my 2 year old. That should have been our cue to leave but we did not. Once we were seated, we waited 10 minutes with no service, water, anything. When the waitress finally came, we placed our order quickly and a large group sat next to us. 30 minutes later the large group had been served bread and appetizers all the while we waited with nothing but water. (Appetizer and food were ordered before large group). I went to complain and the manager was apologetic and offered our food to go but by then my appetite was gone.
