This location is my favorite. The girls working are always so happy, friendly, and always have something nice to say! Love them all! Not to mention the drinks are always perfectly made, just the right temperature, and delicious.

Ella was the only one in the cafe at the time so I worried she might be too busy, but she was so sweet and friendly and ran the counter and the drive through window really well!!
I'm glad I got to talk to her and she helped to find me a tasty drink that worked with my dietary needs! The Retrograde made with Italian soda instead of energy drink is SO good!!!

Literally the worst Oreo shake I’ve ever had it was sour. Every time I go there is something wrong with my drink.
I used to love coming to this location, but now every time I come here, it’s a sub-par experience. The drinks are never made correctly anymore. Want light or no ice? Nope! You get a full cup of ice. Multiple times I got charged for a 32oz but given a 24oz drink instead. And the ladies are on their phones behind the counter.

I placed an order through the app for curbside pickup, but when I arrived, I ended up waiting 10 minutes past the expected ready time. Eventually, I went inside to check on my order. When I gave the barista my name, she started making the drinks right away. While she was friendly and helpful, it seems there was a mix-up, possibly due to a technical issue with the app. If curbside pickup is offered, it should be more reliable to avoid situations like this.

Every time I come into the shop I am treating with warm smiles and amazing attitudes all around!! The girls are fun & inviting. They have turned my morning coffee run into some of the best parts of my day!! For the past couple of months a server named Jada really takes the cake I mean she’s kind, attentive & my drink comes out amazing every time. Shout out to her and the rest of the gravity team!! You can tell they care about the perfecting the cafe experience ???

Terrible ice lattes. If you want espresso that is quality then go to somewhere else, however they have have good white coffee drinks and the flavors are good.
