Terrific fast service, seated right a way. Excellent wait staff and delicious food. American style; everything was very fast and we were out in less than an hour.

They were super busy when we arrived for dinner so understandably our waitress spaced on putting our food order in. But her and the manager came and apologized for it right away and were very nice. The manager even followed up with us to make sure we got our food shortly after. Food and drinks were great. We love their bbq mac & cheese!

Every item I've tried on the menu was a hit, but my favorites were the rib tips and fries, im from thr midwest so this makes me feel a bit closer to home and when i add a spritz of lime to the fries!? Ooowee! also, the crispy chicken salad is phenomenal. The bathrooms are clean, the servers are friendly and the food comes out quickly. It can get really loud in here so if you want a not-so-loud place you may be disappointed, unless you catch a night where they arent busy. The drinks are always perfect and I love their specials drink menus that are always changing and introducing us to new concoctions! One con about the place is out of all 7 times I've been here, each visit was 2 hours minimum, where I've ordered a cocktail and a water, I've gulped the water down (while nursing my cocktail) and never once did I receive a water refill 😞 it's like you don't get them or something? Who knows but the time or two the waiters pop by I am always engaged in convo and wouldn't realize until they would leave.

We had a great server. Our party was a large birthday party, and we all received our food in a timely manner with no errors. Food was tasty, American grill and pub type food. Fries and tots were crispy and salty. French onion soup was awesome. Patty melt had great bread. Nice atmosphere for kids and adults.

Placed a mobile order and picked it up. Got home and it was wrong. Missing items & substitutions we didn't ask for. Called about it and they gave us a gift card. Placed another mobile order a few days later, pick it up, look at it. Wrong again. The cooks don't bother looking at the ticket when they're making food. At least the server at the door was apologetic and had them redo it.

Good food and service, always busy, a little pricey

The team that was working either very new or very overwhelmed. We came in around 7:30pm took 15 minutes before we were brought water and greeted. Even took awhile to flag someone down to pay.

Food was decent....I gave a lower review for the service because they never returned after food was given and I had water that needed a refill. Other then that it was an okay experience.
