I want to preface this with the fact that the sandwich I ordered was both tasty and fresh.
That being said, it appears that the new owner(s) never recognized that the COVID increases in pricing are long over. Understanding that things do go up does not justify $12.36 for a regular turkey (5 slices) and provolone (3 slices) sandwich.
I watched as each slice was put on a scale to accommodate a predetermined chart. Subway used to do this and it left a lousy impression watching the person remove slices. Anyways, sad that most food retailers continue to charge exorbitant amounts of money for everyday product.

Extremely slow, I ordered online and it’s still not ready. Been waiting for a minute.

Online order wasn’t ready & hadn’t been started. Finally got it 20 minutes after it should have been ready. Awful customer service, clear they don’t care that much.

The sandwich was good, and since it was well after the lunch rush, it was made pretty quickly.
However, the lobby was dirty, the beverage station had trash around it, the two of the tables had sandwich crumbs on them, four of the tables napkin dispensers didn't have napkins, and there were grease smears on the inside of the windows.
I'm guessing that's why this location doesn't have the highest county health rating.
Which I guess is why I had to keep running to the bathroom later with the gift that keeps on giving.

Don't order online! The food is decent for a sandwich shop, but our order was seriously messed up. I paid for extra meat and didn't have any on my sandwich. They botched the toppings on two sandwiches in our order as well.

Completely over staffed but yet still waited 30 mins for a simple tuna sandwich, all the kids were just standing around looking at each not knowing what to do. Then when they finally made my sandwich they put barely any on after I told them to put more on especially since I waited 30 mins. I tasted mainly bread, fire the overstaffed employees and hire competent people or at least provide better training

The subs are perfect for me. They are juicy, and even with the cold ones, you can ask them to heat it up by them sticking the flat side on the cooker for a couple of minutes. Add salt and pepper, and voila! You just made the perfect sub to go.
Parking: Depending on how many people are in the area, it can be busy on and off.

Went in for dinner tonight (Halloween night) extremely busy. That crew deserves a bonus, they were really swamped and were hustling. Manager needs to be reprimanded, only 3 people on what anyone should know was going to be an extremely busy day.

Every time we order online at this location our order is wrong or missing the oil/vinegar or cherry relish. I know they are busy during lunch, but these sandwiches are not cheap and I would at least expect them to be correct when I order a couple hours ahead and still have to wait when I arrive.

It's always something when I go in there! The girls are always so snotty towards me. Every visit they're either out of cookies to put in the kids meal or they just forget to put the cookie in my bag. Frustrating for my son. I was told that I can't put bacon on a kids meal sandwich. I have ordered a kids meal everytime I come in and have never heard that over the last few years. What a weird rule! The whole environment has changed over the last 6 months. It's not as great as it used to be!

I am the one who placed this order for my wife to pickup. And this is what she experienced at this location.
My husband placed an online order to be picked up by 12:02. I went there at the time to see if it was ready, the order wasn’t done yet so I waited, noticed the girl with brown hair was making sandwiches for online pick up touching her hat and getting something off her lips without changing her gloves, about 20 mins later she looked at my order on the table, and realized it was done and said “Sorry your order has been done but nobody told you” at that point I was already upset watching other customers walking in to get their sandwiches right away. I didn’t say a word and as I was walking away she said “You don’t have to be so sassy!” I was gonna just walk away from that, but that comment got me even more upset. I called the store from the parking lot to speak to the manager about it, and was put on hold for about 15 mins before they hung up on me, called back and the girl who said was the manager straight up accused me of calling a 17 year old a B**** and I told her I never said that and she goes “well we all heard you, and I’m gonna believe a 17 year old over you.” I’m pretty sure if you watch your cameras around that time none of your other employees were around when I walked out. When I mentioned she didn’t switch her gloves up after touching her hair and face, she said “That doesn’t even make sense!” at that point I had to hang up because I knew she didn’t know how to deal with customer complaints, and I knew she just didn’t know how to handle that situation.
I would never call anyone a B**** for not having my food on time, I just think this situation was poorly handled. I really think whoever I talked to over the phone should have just given me your email instead of arguing, and accusing me of calling the girl a B****! I didn’t end up giving this food to my family for sanitation reasons. I just thought you needed to know that this is how your employees act when management isn’t around. Your employees need to do better, especially working with the public!
Yound staff was rude and snotty.not a hello, good bye nothing. Too busy goofing around taking their time, all three workers building 4 sandwiches and left me just standing there waiting for an order.
I will never come to this store again.

I walked into the store earlier with my wife to find 3 young women with their backs turned to us messing with some equipment with a pair of tongs or something. They looked busy so it wasn't a big deal until we were standing there for about a minute. In that time all 3 of them had turned around, looked at us, and turned back to whatever they were fidgeting with and laughing. A 4th walked out from the back in that time and again we were completely ignored. 0 greeting or "we'll be right with u" or acknowledgement whatsoever. Every one of them turned around, made eye contact with us, said nothing and turned back around. So we walked out as they didn't seem interested in taking our orders. We made it all the way out of the store and across the parking lot without them noticing we had left at all. As we were getting in our truck we could see them turn and start waving at us to come back inside. One of them walked to the window to give us a look of confusion and disgust as she waved and put her arms up as if that was any more inviting than what previously happened. Sorry we're choosing to spend our money at an establishment that doesn't treat us like we were uninvited to their own party.
Since management changed this particular location has really went downhill. Our experience prior to this one was an order on the app that said it would be ready in 20 minutes. When we pulled up to the store over half hour later there were 0 customers except us, probably because it was a Sunday evening. Our orders weren't finished or even started on. We sat in the store for another 15 minutes listening to the employees in the back laughing and talking and saw them walk out to the counter multiple times and look at us without making the order. We sat in the corner and when our order was ready they just slid it on the counter and said "here's your order!" and walked into the back. This kind of customer service is extremely off putting and makes me hope I never treated one of my customers that way.
If you go to this location make sure its in the middle of a week day when the manager is present not Saturday or Sunday evening. It seems like the employees really only put in the effort when someone in charge is there watching them. I know it's hard to find good help now but I'll spend the extra time to go to the covington location if I want some Jersey Mike's. They've been consistent there for a while even with rotating employees quite frequently and even in extremely busy times the wait there is not too long maybe 10 minutes max.
Somebody from corporate or management please read this so I can go back to enjoying jersey mikes at this location again!
