This place has the best poké i’ve ever had. i’ve tried other stores and i’ve never felt as welcomed in as i do here, everyone is so kind and always makes my food not only delicious but efficiently. When i come in the place always looks clean and organized, i 100% recommend you go here if you love poké you’ll love it here.

I want to give a big shout-out to this location! I placed an order via Grubhub at 5:00 p.m., and the restaurant had everything freshly prepared and ready by 5:13. My food was scheduled to be delivered at 6:00, but Grubhub delayed and my driver didn’t even show up until almost 7:00 p.m.

I contacted Grubhub to cancel due to food safety concerns, but they only offered me a $7 credit. Sorry… that’s a no. The food would’ve been sitting out for over two hours, and I wasn’t going to risk eating it.

When the driver finally arrived, they demanded the food, not caring that it could be unsafe. Thankfully, the restaurant manager noticed how late it was and refused to hand it over. They canceled my order themselves so I could get a full refund. That’s going above and beyond for customer safety, and I truly appreciate it.

Side note: I’ll never use Grubhub again. I’ve had nothing but issues with them—DoorDash and Uber Eats have never given me these problems

Food was good, cucumbers were kind of slimy and smelled off. Girl at the counter today was pretty unfriendly and cold. Basically rude to everyone that was served. Sat down and ate and overheard interactions- rude enough to where I felt I needed to leave a review

I'm a regular here (I go 1-2 times a week). They're always fast, fresh and on time. The ladies that work here are extremely kind, fill my bowl up and this is by far the best location! I always recommend this place to poke/sushi lovers!

I ate here today and the minute I got into my car. I felt so sick. I'm not sure if the fish was bad or what was going on but I felt like I was going to throw up.

Sad that I can no longer eat here as they are no longer careful about cross contamination. I have to eat gluten free and the bins of food have bits of food from other bins in them. The toppings used to be in shakers now they are in bins with scoops. They took away the gluten free toppings and all they have left is the furikake, and they only give one small shake of it which I cannot taste. The seaweed salad is no longer gluten free . If I ask for more of the gluten free food then they want to charge me more. But there are to very few things I can eat there anymore. I got gluten from something there this last time. I read the allergy chart, but something with gluten must have gotten into a gluten free bin. I had good luck and had made many visits without a problem. But now I am nervous to try it again.

I live this place. Eel is my favorite. It’s awesome seafood, like sushi ? in a bowl ?

Maybe I’m just spoiled because I had tons of poke in Maui. I liked poke so much, I was excited to try it in Washington, but this was a major let down. I got the large bowl with three proteins. Presentation was nice, but that was about it. Flavor was lacking in the fish and the amount of actual fish was not enough for the price you pay. I was expecting a large amount of fish, but it was maybe 4-5 small cubes of each.

My local poke spot. I love the food here, and the service has always been friendly. However, that Okay restaurant sanitation rating was a little unsettling, and I don't even see the sign on the window anymore. Gotta do better than that.
