I tried to order an 8-piece bucket at around 8:25pm and was informed:
“We are not serving anymore chicken tonight.”
We have had multiple issues with the Maple Valley KFC. This week I purchased a small chicken dinner and the coleslaw was mostly liquid. When possible, we try to use the Covington KFC even if it is out of the way.
Horrible horrible chicken! I've gone there many times over the years and finally gave up....then they remodeled and I thought ok, maybe the food has been remodeled too. NOT!!!!! It was so bad we couldn't even eat dinner!!!! I work an 8 hour day, pick up dinner for your family and can't eat!!!! Disgusting. DO NOT EAT AT THE MAPLE VALLEY KFC
I will not go to this location again. Last night was the last straw. 25 minutes trapped in the drive thru line is unacceptable. When I finally got to the pick up window, people were waiting inside the store, too. Not a word of apology or the slow service acknowledged in any way.
