Grand kids wanted KFC. Now I know why mom and dad don’t go there. 12 pieces of chicken and a large coleslaw $57.00. I asked why so much, apparently chickens went through something 2 months ago. Another place to take off places to eat. I can’t score food haven’t had it yet. They make you check one so I’m checking all bad.

got a crunch wrap supreme. it was all lettuce and no meat. could tell it was pre made cause hard shell in middle was so soggy there was no crunch in my crunch wrap plus drinks super expensive

What are the three-piece chicken chickamas all dried out. You couldn't even eat the biscuit just threw it away and went down the street. The sushi place, won't be back.

Ordered yesterday and a part of it was missing ones we got home behind the table. Didn't receive our receipt and they didn't have many choices either at 8pm. Called and they took notes including my name for a next day pick up - had to explain my order again without receipt ,but they were able to find it. Next day other person told us that there was no note left and they wanted to see a receipt...Had to explain everything again .....Bad customer service and everyone worker was under 18 years old probably..........I hope that someone can manage this KFC location...
Also the mashed potatoes that we received were at 50% full. Unacceptable.....

They make you download the KFC app to be able to buy the Tuesday special that is advertised in television commercials. Waste of time to get in drive through line!!!!!

I waited a long time and a woman came up to me and asked in a very unfriendly manner and told me that it was my fault because I didn't leave the receipt when I think I have the right to have my receipt. Then another girl came up and I realized that they gave me something that wasn't what I ordered and it also came with a hairline. How disappointing.

If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there at 8:53pm on 8/24/24. The lady at the window who also took our order from the box was extremely rude and impatient with us. When we got to the window she immediately told us to pull forward and handed us our drinks with no ice. While we were parked we asked for some ice for our drinks and were told they were out of ice. We could literally see in the window them filling up their ice containers with ice from their ice machines. All while rolling her eyes and having a horrible attitude, we spent $45 and our food was horrible, our drinks had no ice, and the lady had some of the worst customer service I had ever seen. They gave us no napkins, silverware, or hot sauce that we asked for. When we asked for some fire sauce, she sent out a different person with hot sauce instead. We would like a refund.

Went for pickup of an online order 1 hour after order was placed. While going through the drive through before when I said online order and before even telling name associated with the order, I was told there is a 10min delay and it would be faster if I drove all the way around and come in person. Went I went inside the order was right behind the server. I am disappointed at the service and forcing me to drive all the way around and into kfc

Perfect atmosphere for an eating place. This location being far away from the city makes it the ideal location to catch up on a snack in a peaceful neighborhood. The food is far too good and hey the service is friendly too.
