The roastwd chicken and rice dish I had was just ok. It had WAY to many onions packed into it. My father got a burrito and chime relleno. He said it was just ok as well. We are used to authentic Mexican food, and while this place wasn't bad, it also wasn't amazing.

Highly recommend the carne asada and camarones plate and I’m not a big fan of the refried beans and i had no issues switching to the whole beans with the waiter and the churros for the dessert are delicious.

La Fogata is a Mexican restaurant in Maple Valley, in a shopping center right off the main road going through town. Parking outside is ok since it needs room for all of the other businesses too. Inside, there's about 2 dozen tables. Their menu is a good size, portion sizes are pretty good and prices are just slightly high for what you get. The service here is great, everyone is so friendly and helpful. There is a TV in the back part of the room usually playing sports of some sort. The food here is alright, their carne asada is probably their best item on the menu, and fajitas are ok but you get way too many veggies and not enough meat. Overall it's a good place to bring a group of people or family, and call ahead to reserve lots of space if need be.

Fresh clean food. Love the enchiladas and beans.

I love this restaurant. I always get the chicken fajitas and the portions are super generous. In addition to the fajitas, it comes with guacamole, tortillas, rice and beans, all for $18! I always take half home and they heat up well for later ! My partner got the Carne Asada burrito and he enjoyed it very much! The waiters/waitresses are very attentive - always make sure your salsa and chip basket is full, water is full and makes sure you enjoyed your meal. Definitely will be going back !

First time eating there. Food is very good, served a lot of food on the plate compared to some restraunts and very friendly staff.

The chicken I got with the Fajita order was chewy. And my husband was not impressed with the beef taco, enchilada, releno pepper dishs. This isn't about recipes its about quality ingredients.

The restaurant is in need of a face lift. Food was plentiful, but just ok. Not much in the way of vegetarian options.
