This was my first visit to this McDonald’s.

There is no playground, and many of the seats have visible damage that has been taped over, which does not look well maintained.

The self-order kiosks were not accepting payments, and at the counter I was charged about $3 more than the amount shown on the kiosk. There were several order issues: we received juice and BBQ sauce we didn’t order, and I only realized that my child was given a Spicy McCrispy instead of a regular one when it was almost finished by him. The juice was taken back, but no refund was provided.

It was also cold inside due to the heating not working.

The only positives were an open restroom (no code) and two toys in the Happy Meal.

If you do visit, I recommend ordering and paying through the McDonald’s mobile app and carefully checking your order before giving it to a child.

I picked up my mobile order through the drive thru Wed night and then drive all the way home only to see they forgot one of my fries. Bad on me for not checking the bag before I left the drive thru but oh well. I called and the manager said they will put my name down so I can come back and get the fries another time. I came back on Fri and they said they had no record of my name. It's very frustrating that I had to waist my gas fro their mistakes when they should of told me over the phone that I was just screwed for not checking my order the first time. Better places to go that will get your order right the first time and with better service. Check your order before you leave

Slow even though they had what seemed like 20 people in the back. Fries were non edible mix of fresh and really old like fry roulette they also ran out of the promotional sauce (don't promote something you cannot offer) staff only cared about to go orders even though people dined in.

Ok, I dont usually post a poor review for anywhere but, this one has to be done.
I wish I would've taken pics of our food.
My boyfriend ordered 2 filet o' fish with extra cheese. He got NO cheese. I ordered the quarter pounder deluxe. I got 3/4 of the way through my burger and realized it was still pink inside. My stomach is still not right 6 days later.
On top of that, there were high school kids there, not a big deal, except they were being obnoxious. The boys had drug a girl into the boys bathroom. There was a lot of horse play. We also had a boy approach us and ask for fries. There was no manager around or at least if there was they were not doing anything about their restaurant being in total chaos. Only a couple of the kids had actually bought food there. The rest had brought in food from elsewhere.
We were very disappointed and will plan better next time to make sure we don't end up visiting this location again.

Honestly, this was one of the worst experiences I’ve had at this place. The morning manager has a terrible attitude — straight up rude the whole time I was trying to order. My food took forever, and when I asked what was going on, the girl making it talked to me with the same attitude.

It really feels like the manager doesn’t respect customers or her own staff. If this is how they run the place in the mornings, people should know before they waste their time here.

There’s a reason this location only has a 2-star rating on Yelp! Husband went through drive through tonight and ordered two meals. I couldn’t even eat my Mccrispy chicken sandwich. I tried one bite but it was nasty. It iwas burnt beyond crisp and smelled terrible! It was literally black and looked old like it had been refried two or three times in the same oil. I immediately called and spoke with a young lady who answered and told her that it was inedible and the oil had to be old so whomever was cooking needed to immediately change the oil or people were gonna end up getting sick from it. Her response was not I’m sorry” or anything one would expect. Instead, she asked “do you want to come back tonight?” I said no, I wanted to let you know because it’s literally burned to a blackened state and the oil tastes very old! She then asked “would you like to come back tomorrow” and I said no. She replied “what do you want me to do?”. I told her I was not the manager, she was. She just was not getting it! Even though the meals were $30 for only 2 meals it was not about the money, it was more about food safety. On top of that, the app code for our reward did not work eventhough I had just sent it immediately before he ordered. He did not get a receipt. We rarely get fast food anymore, but every time we have been to this location in the past there has been a mistake with the order.

Yum I love McDonald’s idk why this McDonald’s is rated so low bc it’s so fire I eat here when I go to 4 corners after school sometimes and it’s so worth it only like $7 for a split meal between me and my friend

This place has gone down hill. Today I went to get breakfast and the eggs and sausage was not fully cooked and the hashbrowns were cold. I got a mcchicken last month and the lettuce was soggy and brown.

The majority of the staff is nice and helpful but do tend to get orders wrong half the time or at the very least miss an item or two. Very stingy with sauce too and then have the gumption to argue with you about it when they are the one's who forgot it, the same lady even tried to tell me my points didn't go through on the app even though they were deducted from my account. If it was one time I'd get it, but this is a regular thing which is essentially stealing from customers at that point. Please do better.
