I dont eat McDonald’s often at all, and as a Maple Valley resident, I try to go to the four corners one when I do because the quality is so much better. I decided to give this one a try again today, and it was just as bad today as it was 3 years ago. Asked for no pickles, got pickles. Nuggets were flavorless and undercooked (almost raw). I would definitely recommend driving the extra 5 min to four corners as it is much better quality and service.

This is probably one of the worst McDonald's I've been to. Overall, interactions with the staff there feels like they don't enjoy being there. Most recent visit was a drive thru experience. Order taker spoke very fast and mumbled. You could barely understand him. When we got the window, he was very unkempt, almost as if he was a homeless person they just hired off the street. At the pickup window, the person flew the window open and shoved the bag in my face then slammed the window shut without saying a word. Neither person was wearing any type of uniform or even a name tag. Just no standards at all for service or appearance.

And the burgers here are kind of gross they put way too much mustard on absolutely everything and the presentation is really sloppy sounds like they are putting together the sandwiches with their eyes closed really messy and really poor presentation I visited this location on Wednesday August 20th at 8:15 p.m. the young gentleman working the drive-thru was really polite courteous I gave him five stars but whoever is making the burgers if I could I would give them no stars so shout out to the blonde long haired kid in the Drive-Thru forgive me for not knowing your name you're polite and friendly attitude was a long way

Chicken McNuggets continue to get smaller and less chicken inside, remnants of their former selves. Chocolate sundae is now a glob of soft serve with a squirt of syrup on top. Gone are the days of the swirling soft serve on a bed of fudge and topped with peanuts.

This is such a great little McDonald's! But the coolest part is the play area... So we are anxiously awaiting when it will be fixed. The restaurant and bathrooms here are clean, and the staff is super friendly. The parking lot is very busy so keep an eye on your little ones.

For some reason McDonalds loves up charging without asking. They consistently upgrade and upcharge drinks on the meal deal completely unasked for. Sure it's just a dollar, but it's very deceptive to charge people without saying anything completely unasked for.

Ever since they changed the bread recipe for burger buns, their burgers are terrible. Bad taste, bad after taste.

I just stopped by to use the bathroom. I immediately saw a goth worker taking the trash out. Already and interesting experience. Then, walking out the door was a long line of pre schoolers. Nice bathroom. Kind workers. Cool play place (I might stop by later.) Overall, a short and sweet experience. 5 stars.
