Mayzie our server took great care of us and as soon as we sat down coffee was in our cups. Today’s breakfast was phenomenal…great food (loved the green chile corn beef and hash) and great service. Thank you.

Best pancakes on the west coast! Went in for breakfast from out of town and really enjoyed our breakfast. Service was fast and attentive. Food got to us quickly and quality was superb. They have the best pancakes, hands down.

We absolutely love taking our family to OPH. The food is exactly what you want for breakfast and the staff treats you like family. Our server today, Jeremy, brought a smile and friendly attitude that turned a good meal into a great one.

My son and I went to this restaurant to have breakfast before he started school. While we were waiting, another couple came in after us. When the waiter came over, he went to take the order of the couple who arrived after us before taking ours. I thought this was very rude. So, I got up and left. I will not be eating at this restaurant again. This was 715 on September 3, 2025

Love OPH! Generous portions, delicious food and great customer service. Never have to wait more than 5 minutes even on a busy Sunday morning.

If I had one critique it would be that the tables and seating in the booths need to be updated. There are many cracks/ tears in the vinyl on the booths. Just a minor observation.

The food was incredible! Our server, Jeremy, was attentive; answered every question; and, polite. I can't sing his praises enough! The manager was present, and helping to serve on the floor. Truly excellent experience, thank you!

Disappointing and UnsafeExperience

My recent visit to this restaurant was incredibly disappointing. On Thursday, August 14, 2025 at 9:30 a.m., my friend and I brought our babies in for what we hoped would be a nice meal, but what we got was a frustrating and unsafe experience.

First, the high chairs were a complete liability. Both of the ones we first tried to use were broken, and when I looked at the others, they were broken as well. This is absolutely unacceptable; a restaurant should not be putting children's safety at risk with faulty equipment.

Beyond the safety issues, the service was shockingly poor. We were seated and then completely ignored for over 20 minutes. I had to get up and ask the host if we even had any wait staff assigned to our table because we hadn't been greeted yet.

Later, I had to flag down the waiter to ask for a simple coffee refill. After 20 minutes of waiting for that refill, I had to again get the waiter's attention because it still had not arrived. At no point did anyone apologize for the delays or lack of service. The waiter then stated he would give it to me to go and that I didn't have to pay for the coffee if I didn't want to—a choice I don't believe a customer should be forced to make. To top it all off, they even charged me $5 for a sliced banana for my child. When you're paying that much for one item, you really expect the rest of your experience to be significantly better.

What truly prompted me to write this review is the complete lack of response from management. I have tried to reach out to the General Manager three separate times to discuss these serious issues, but I have not received a single reply. This shows a profound disrespect for customer feedback and a disregard for the safety and service problems in their own restaurant.

I cannot in good conscience recommend this establishment to anyone, especially families with young children.

Seating order online needs to be updated or something. My check in online stated 20 mins and upon arrival it restarted to 30 minutes after speaking to the waiter it added another 20 minutes. The food is great and the service is awesome I just want honesty on the wait times and not someone telling me that they can’t tell people to hurry up and eat it’s not a way to speak to customers. Specially if customer is being understanding of the situation and still waiting for an hour+ to be seated.

Ordered food online for pickup when I arrived they had given The food away to someone else. Would not rectify the problem, horrible customer service do not recommend ordering online from here.

Excellent service. Great corned beef hash. The only criticism is to dust the large cast iron pan chandelier above the large table. Dust might drop in food.
