After we were quoted $99 for two pizzas we were transferred to a store manager who quoted us the correct price and then after trying multiple credit cards and realizing it was their machines kindly gave us a discount which was greatly appreciated. However, when the pizzas were delivered they were destroyed.

One of the best experiences I’ve had…with a Papa John’s, or any pizza place for that matter. There was an issue with my order tonight due to a mistake in store. I called, we discussed, they made it right. High quality food, well made and delivered quickly. Thank you!!!!

The staff are so nice and friendly, they always greet me by name and when I placed an order at the wrong location they canceled it for me and made me a new one for free. They are always positive and I feel great every time I leave. Thanks Papa John’s :)

This will be the last time I order from this location. Nothing like ordering delivery, opening the box and seeing a dislodged piece of pizza with a thumb print through it.

They made my pizza too much salty couldn't even eat one slice.Wasted money.

Order at least once a month and always good quality

I came to pick up my pizza last night at 8pm on Sept 9th. The employees said 5 min
They then left. They turned off the lights in the store to appear closed and left me sitting there for 20 min
I called the store and they picked up and hung up. I did this 4 times. I then proceeded to walk into their backroom and found them huddled up together doing God knows what. I said how much longer? The pizza was sitting on the rack ice cold. One kid with short blonde hair got up angrily. He said nothing to me. He boxed it up, put it on a white table and walked away saying nothing. The door dash customer was informed of this situation also.

After dropping off the order I get a call from the customer who said the order was wrong and doordash would be refunding her order. The blonde boy and girl last night need to be trained in customer service.

Food is good but I received a few pizzzas that looked really distorted and inedible. I called for a order today and the manager just hung up on me, and the employees don’t really have a problem but I can’t hear them well.

Naomi is a great manager she makes a excellent pizza an works very hard and should get a pay raise for all her hard work Naomi does.We where regular customers an we all most left because of orders not being right from the phone order option till we talked to Naomi she made it right.An Now we will only order Thru Naomi because she doesn't mess up the order that's Why we stayed with you ☺️So Naomi should be recognized for her great costumer service an hard work??
