Pho In & Out Maple Valley

Ordered online for take out. Went to the restaurant just to find locked door. The folks around in the parking lot said that they had not seen the place open in weeks. Don’t bother ordering 😂

Placed a $50 order online. Turned up and no one is there. Phone is disconnected. If anyone from the restaurant reads this can I please get my order refunded?

A week later and still can't get ahold of anyone. Phone # doesn't work and no one in the store.

The Pho broth is rich, flavorful, and delicious. Try it with the beef short ribs. It's the best combination I've had in a very long time. And the place was very clean and the service top notch.

My favorite Vietnamese spot in the area. SUPER nice owner/manager (?). Very kind, accommodating, and just super chill. I love the vibes here, and the food is really good! Definitely my favorite banh mi around here. :)

Dinner was great, fresh spring rolls and pho. Owners were really friendly. Will return!

Our family’s favorite pho! We’ve had only great experiences here. It is a great place to bring our baby and enjoy great food. The Beef Pho is the best pho that we have found. It is a taste that only comes with quality and passion that is very clear with every bite. We even keep a menu on our fridge to give us ideas on what to try next when we come back!

Kid-friendliness: Plenty of room and they are even flexible enough to bring in a stroller!

This has been our go-to in MV but today was disappointing. First, the service. I went in to place an order to go. I expect a warm greeting not a barely audible, "you picking up an order?". If you can't greet a customer properly and sincerely, find another line of work. Just moments after I placed my order and then left the counter for a seat, the young lady comes over to confirm my order. Later she asks me if I want Siracha or other sauce. Wow. When I got my order, I didn't get a "thank you" or eye contact. THIS IS BASIC! I know that it's hard to find people that are truly 'wired' for customer service but do better.

The food. Vermicelli noodles were warm and slimy. Vegetables were sparse. Pork was cooked perfectly. Still enjoyable but not ideal.

I gave the young lady 18% for the takeout order and regretted it. A better tip would have been a note to "stay in school and find your passion". So I spent a total of $56 for two entrees and one side. That's a steep price for mediocre. This was an outlier and I'll give them another opportunity but I expect better for my money.

The food is really good and I am a really picky eater and also they have a great ordering system when you want takeout also when you walk in there is a happiness in the air.The owner is very nice and he will make sure you having a good time and meal also the meat is fresh and is not per cooked and is just really good
