Pizza Hut

I have been picking up from this location for about a year now and the pizza has always been made well and the staff super friendly. I'm always very happy with the amount of toppings albeit the boneless nuggets are underwhelming (but they were made well).

Ordered pizza for my wife daughter and I. The boneless buffalo wings that they sent were completely raw. The bad part was before I noticed, I ate a piece without realizing it. As far as customer service, I got hung up on twice by an employee that goes by Marline when I asked to speak with their manager.

Second time I’ve ordered from this Pizza Hut in the last month and my order was messed up both times the first time I was told a credit would be applied to my account and I could order through the app the next time and it would be automatically applied. Well, the next time was today and it was not automatically applied. Also, my order was messed up again so I called explained the situation and as I’m working out how I’m going to get my credit as well as the refund for the pizza they messed up this time. The person on the phone has the audacity to hurry me along because they are busy. It’s not my fault my pizza was messed up or that the last time my pizza, my pasta and my soda was incorrect. And you want to hurry me along because you’re busy? I was also informed credits. Don’t automatically apply when you order through the app. You have to call in AND they expire within 30 days. That’s so shady when it’s your fault. A consumer should be able to use their credit anytime they want. So buyer beware just get a refund don’t take a credit. It’s unfortunate because I’ve been ordering from this Pizza Hut for years, might just have to go back to Papa John’s. Do better.

I have years not buying pizza. And yesterday I stoped by this pizza place and Haley the cashiers girl helped me describing some items from the menu. And I ordered what she recommended me. An small personal pizza. Haley has full knowledge of the menu. I got what she recommendebd me. OMG I HAD AMAZING EXPERIENCE. Excellent service from her. Accidentally I dropped my soda bottle and I have physical problem in bending. Immediately she picked up the soda bottle for me. She gave me full attention and service.. thank you Haley.

Wanted to have a throwback 90s night so we ordered some Pizza Hut which always was a great spot. Went with the throwback stuffed crust and it didn’t disappoint. New flavors new items. Fresh menu quick delivery. And the food tasted great! Didn’t even know we had a pizza but so close

I placed an order for 2 pizzas and was charged, but my order never arrived. I'm not sure what went wrong extremely disappointed won't be ordering from this store anymore.

The worst pizza we have ever had! The wings tasted like bad grease! Gave my husband a stomach ache. I can't get the taste out of my mouth! Don't waste your money go buy a Freshetta frozen pizza for $7.00 way better than this stuff yuck

i was belittled by a driver named lou who was giving me a hard time over a tip, which i gave them every dollar i had for a meal and instead of saying hey sorry i was 25 minutes late the first thing he brought up was the tip. Extremely unprofessional and will not be bringing my business there any longer. manager was nice on the phone but lou is a different story

As it's been years since I've been into a PizzaHut I walked in with low expectations but I was pleasantly surprised. The young lady working the counter was very polite and gave me the impression she really cared about making my experience with the store a good one. Very refreshing to see and I can't give enough praise. Thank you!

The manager lady was very rude. She needs to work a job she enjoys not one that just pays the bills. I hope she is okay and was just a one time occurrence with me.

The food was so good. The people were so nice. It was so clean the best Pizza Hut EVER!

Been trying to get a refund for my pre-torn New York style pizza for over a week now. Contacted Pizza Hut customer service twice, got the same automated response saying that the local team would contact me within three days…
Hadn’t had Pizza Hut in a while and thought I’d give it a shot. I regret that now

This is by far the worst place to order pizza from or any food for that matter. My delivery time should’ve been 30 minutes. I called after 45 minutes and I got hung up on. I called after an hour and 15 minutes. I also got hung up on. I showed up to the location. It took another 45 minutes to get my pizza the customer service is absolutely awful. The workers are making the pizza on their phone and I’m not the only one when I showed up to this location that had the same experience. This is absolutely awful.

The 18% , 20%, 22% tip suggestion is obnoxious on an online pickup order. Also found the 2nd attempt at tip, sign a paper receipt even though I had already paid online, also obnoxious. Pay your employees! The food however was good!
