We are BIG FANS of Shawn's Meats, and we go there often. Everything that we've gotten is top quality. Last Thanksgiving, we bought a Smoked Turkey. Oh, my goodness ~ it was NOT dried out a bit, and was moist, flavorful, and delicious. We were VERY impressed that after it was smoked, Shawn and his team carefully wrapped the turkey in a heavy-duty plastic bag, and fastened it tightly, then placed it in a box, and labeled it with the weight and cooking instructions. They have such a great selection of quality natural meats and the BEST customer service. It was my first time cooking a lamb bone marrow broth and even though I was probably asking silly questions, the man behind the counter was so very kind and helpful. Highly recommend this place to everyone!
