Looks like a normal Starbucks, employees were very nice, and we were happy with our hot sandwiches and drinks. No trouble finding seating to eat there, although it was pretty full.

Slowest service. If you come to this location be ready to wait a long time first to be acknowledge by the staff and then a good while for your drinks.

Honestly, Starbucks in general has really fallen off, but the trip I just had to this store was truly sad. Not only was one of my drinks wrong (twice), they were also very condescending about it. I worked for Starbucks for 7 years, and I earned a black apron. I know when a drink I’ve ordered is wrong. If I tell you I’ve ordered it LOTS of times and it looks different than it regularly does, don’t default to the barista equivalent of “mansplaining.” Maybe consider evaluating other potential issues. Espresso machines are not perfect - they are not flawless. Assuming you know more isn’t the best route, and if a customer is CLEARLY unhappy, offer them a refund! Even with the nonsense excuses they were giving me, I know the different between regular ice and light ice. This was my daughter’s requested coffee for her 16th birthday today, and she finished it in about 2 minutes. She also noted that it was clearly done wrong. I really hope this new CEO gets Starbucks back to some level of integrity, but they’re losing consumers left and right. Do better.

It would be great if you know that the grilled cheese sandwiches are the most popular, if you would simply make more. Tired of going through your drive through and getting stuck in line when you can’t even keep in stock your super popular food item.

I often see many people leave reviews about how slow service is. But no one ever mentions how utterly swamped this place gets during rush hours. While being understaffed.The staff is overworked and the floor layout is incredibly inconvenient so it slows down service times.Yet, despite all of this, the kitchen and bar is kept quite clean. it is impressively clean compared to many other fast food or coffee places.The employees are hard workers and are friendly. I appreciate them and admire their ability.Please be kind to baristas. ?

Nice stand alone retail store with a drive thru. Has all the food, pastries, and specialty drinks you would expect. Staff is very friendly and helpful.
