On 11/13/25 at 5:13am I ordered the Pike Place Medium Roast Grande on the app ahead of time as I usually do to save time. When I arrived to pick up my drink. It had my name on it but it was the wrong drink (Gr White Mocha). I didn't have time to wait for it to be corrected, so I just took it. The store was already busy when I arrived at 5:22 am. Sorry to leave a not-so-good review, but please check to ensure drinks are made correctly for each customer.

Come here often but today was terrible. Ordered a breakfast sandwich and a flat white. Received sandwich quickly, but 15 minutes later still no coffee. Sandwich was now cold and uneaten so asked for a full refund. Know they were crowded but this was unacceptable.

Ok I’ll forgive them for only having allegedly 1 Glass bear in stock, maybe that really happened. But we got a Falafel wrap and my partner who has been VEGAN FOR 9 YEARS took a bite and it was chicken. How does that even happen. It was labeled as the falafel. Seriously do better, that’s an insane mistake.

Don't order online here. It has been bad every time. They don't add the correct amount of syrup or drizzles that you pay for and they do not fully mix the flavoring into the coffee. Terrible coffee almost every single time I've placed an online order.

Probably the friendliest and best Starbucks in Maple Valley, the baristas as always smiling no matter how early or late the hour is. They also don’t put too much ice in your drinks which is much appreciated

I usually don’t like Starbucks, but this one is legit. I think it’s the best Starbucks I’ve been too. Everyone is super nice and the coffee actually tastes good here. My only complaint is that they no longer sell the brownie.

It always feels like a rush when ordering through the drive-thru, to the point where you can't even finish your order. I asked for a: triple tall peppermint mocha with ONLY .5 pumps of the syrups and 1/3 decaf. Perhaps it's an annoying drink, which is why it cost almost $9, but because of that I would expect it to be accurate especially if I'm going to be talked over when trying to be specific.
