The usual high quality Starbucks beverage and snacks experience, and very friendly staff. But 2 Stars for "Atmosphere" because the parking lot is a bit of a drag to deal with. The entry and exit points to get there are a little fussy. But really, we're all driving air conditioned, XM Radioed, wifi mobile hot spots, spoiled like Royalty, so have a nice coffee and don't complain.

I’ve been coming here for months and sad to say since day one, not one person here has made me feel welcome. I go to tons of locations in surrounding areas, Kent and Covington. All the baristas at those locations got to know me and we had such a good time in the morning catching up while waiting for my coffee. I’m sad I was transferred out here because I miss my other baristas. All the baristas here can’t wait to get you out of their window and close said window before you even leave, they act like me even ordering there is a bother to them. SO SAD. I’ve never had this experience at other locations. Kent is a very rough neighborhood, and Maple Valley is considered very high end suburbs area. I’d take kent over this location any day.

I love this place!! Lobby is really nice and comfortable to study in. The baristas as well has nice vibes. I was able to get a refill on my passion tea which tasted amazing! I always love coming here to chill and study.

I order pourover with Italian and I get a Chai tea large , and a large regular coffee. I realized after I get home , by the way this happened at the drive thru.
