They've lost their ability to produce quality drinks, preferring to automate the process. I can't see justifying the cost for lousy coffee drinks. Their food has also sub standard, lukewarm day old, and just not appetizing.

This is my favorite Starbucks. The staff is so friendly. They greet you when you enter the building. They remember you and your drink. And they are always accommodating. The store is Always spotless, inside and out. I hope the new manager Nicole brings back the Book Nook.

Like with many of these chain companies, for good and for bad, Starbucks doesn't surprise. But this one is particularly big and open, what makes it comfortable for working or just chilling out.

Not sure If the kraken card has been getting scanned properly. Card charged 24 dollars but spent only 8....the cashier wanted to leave the charge as a pay it forward and it was little difficult getting her to take the charge off. The black tea is delicious!
Nice barista and yummy chai tea latte. I'll be back.

The quality of the drink is bad. I ordered 5 shots espresso and 4 pumps white chocolate mocha sauce over ice. The barista added milk to my drink without asking. Can't even finish it
Ordered 2 white chocolate mocha's. One was normal and the other didn't turn out sweet in any way.
