I just found out they discovered RATS in the business! Wow! These folks really need to get their act together.No wonder this place is always shut down!, and now it makes sense—they clearly aren't following health and food safety rules. It’s honestly the most unhealthy food spot I’ve ever come across. I went there once, and the guy working there was so strange I had to use sign language just to communicate what I wanted!

Went in today around 2:30 and the staff didn’t come to the front for awhile, as soon as I tried to order a chicken wrap they left without saying anything and I heard dishes clanging around in the back for about 5 minutes before he comes out with the pan of chicken. He then starts making a chicken on flatbread and when I kindly reminded him I ordered a wrap he said that’s what he was making. Getting to the end he folded it over like a normal flatbread and when I again asked about my original order he then told me the menu changed and that was the wrap now? I just payed and left because I was done dealing with the situation. I wish he could have told me from the start when I pointed to the wrap on the menu that it was unavailable and I would have ordered something else with no issues. He was very dismissive and was not very kind. Very very far and in between do me and my boyfriend not tip but today was one of those times.

THE BEST SUBWAY EVER! Has full servings theres no little of nothing. Everything looked fresh and tasted fresh. The whole place looks clean. The workers are very nice and they are always smiling. You either dine inside or even outside since they have tables inside and outside.Overall everything is awesome!

The food descriptions online just mean what meat goes on the sandwich apparently. When you ask a friend to get you something that is supposed to have specific cheese, veggies, and sauces per the online menu, the employee doesn't know any of that. Plus the prices are high for the cheap food you get. May as well just go across the parking lot to the QFC.

Tried to go here on multiple occasions. Both online and the sign on the front of the store says they are open from 9am to 9pm. Each time I've tried to go there between 8pm and 8:30pm on my way to work, they were closed early. Lights off, but I could see an employee behind the counter. Looking at other comments, this seems to be an ongoing problem at this location for several years. We get it, you want to go home, but either stay open until the time posted or just put "whenever" as closing time and stop wasting the customer's time.

Personnel refused to accept coupons for the adult special needs individuals we brought in for lunch and the websire states they carry gluten free options. Theye dont. And the gentleman wasnt very nice to the peer coaches.

She needs to be fired i come here all the time on my lunch break but this was my last time coming here. she was like why are you standing next close to the door the ring is beeping she said it so aggressively. I was actually standing in line so it’s not my fault y’all have that door bell and blame it in me. If she don’t want to work just leave don’t disrespect customers
