Very disappointed with my experience. When I order in-store, the subs are fine, but whenever I order online or through delivery apps, they put a very small quantity of fillings. It feels like you get much less than what you’re paying for. Not worth the money at all. I would not recommend ordering from this location online as the quality and portion size are very poor compared to in-person orders.

Worst experience ever with my kids. We went to eat. There was only one person working on Saturday. First we ordered four sandwich and he was so slow and did not write on each sandwich then he was lost. Secondly after eating, my kids started putting garbage away and I need to take two more sandwich to go… there was only one DoorDash to pick up and subway employee was not wearing name tag either. He told DoorDash person to grab drink himself rather than having delivery ready for him to pick up. I thought it was odd because I run my own businesses and I know what customers service should be. No one in the store, my kids were standing and I m ready to order two more sandwich to take it home, he told kids to go sit and not stand. I said why are you telling them we are ready to head out and no one is in the store. DoorDash guy also left. Employee was rude to us to begin with. Then he told my kids to push the chairs. In my life, I never heard restaurant employee telling anyone do that. It was enough for me. I told him that you been rude to us since beginning and I do not want to order sandwich to go. Your customers service is not good. This is how you should be running frachise. He lashed out in front of kids, saying he it store owner and yelling at us. I can’t believe how disrespectful he was. Omg what a weird person. If he was the owner, he would not have done this. Owners are always have good service. We were there on Saturday at 3:30. Please check your camera. If he is employee, he should get fired. Otherwise, he will get owner in trouble and store will be closed soon.
