If I could give 0 stars I would. We went there at 8:53pm on 8/24/24. The lady at the window who also took our order from the box was extremely rude and impatient with us. When we got to the window she immediately told us to pull forward and handed us our drinks with no ice. While we were parked we asked for some ice for our drinks and were told they were out of ice. We could literally see in the window them filling up their ice containers with ice from their ice machines. All while rolling her eyes and having a horrible attitude, we spent $45 and our food was horrible, our drinks had no ice, and the lady had some of the worst customer service I had ever seen. They gave us no napkins, silverware, or hot sauce that we asked for. When we asked for some fire sauce, she sent out a different person with hot sauce instead. We would like a refund.

1 star because of cost. I know inflation is up, but this specific restaurant is way above and beyond the standard costs of Taco Bell in the area. I am not sure why, though, and I suspect it is because it is linked to a KFC. I strongly advise the owner to get it together and make things standard (both being able to order through the app and costs). I like Taco Bell but won't return to this store based on prices.

The people here are literally the most dumb people ever who are constantly rude and “forget” to give you food and then throw a fit when you complain. They clearly do not want to be there and are just the opposite of anyone who will ever be successful in life. And they are all Teenagers but I got some crazy news for them, I am a teenager who also works in fast food and you will never catch me acting this dumb in my place of work.

I came to the drive-thru after a long day at Lake Wilderness. I ordered a regular Taco with just meat and cheese only. The girl (assistant manager - a kid in charge of kids) kept calling me sir saying she couldn't understand what I was saying. So I continued my order with the five layer burrito and a cheese roll up. The girls kept saying she's what did you want tater tots or something they don't even have. And then they were laughing and she called me sir three times I corrected her each time I'm a female please stop that then I said okay fine call me a man if that's what makes you feel good I'm trying to order. So I went to the window I said since you can't understand me I'm going to come to the window. I zoom to the window and she goes 698 please I said I didn't place my order yet. She said I got the five layer burrito and the cheese roll up I said but you forgot the taco with meat and cheese only and you called me a man several times after I corrected you. She did not apologize. She said someone else took the order but yet it was on her screen and no one else was taking orders. All the kids came to the window when I raised my voice saying again I'm not a man, look at me. Do I look like a man to you? That is very rude. She did not seem to care at all she had a blank expression on her face and simply said have a nice day as she handed me the food. I'm not going to eat it after those children kept behaving that way. Especially, when it comes to my food or beverages. I recommend you don't go to this this Taco Bell after the experience I had. Unless you want to be called names, laughed at and told that they can't hear you when they did hear me.( took most of my order ) When I tried to call to talk to the manager the little girl answered and said well I'm the assistant manager. I said well I need to speak to an adult someone like the store manager. They just kept passing me to a different child laughing. THE WORST customer service I have ever experienced too! No Adults were working or helping me. Literal children in charge of children!!! Who owns this Taco Bell? These kids need to be supervised!
