The food is tasty and a consistently high quality. The staff is friendly, and they are very fast with filling orders. This is one of the only places around where they not only know what soda water is, but you can pour it yourself from their fountain.

First and last visit to Taco Time.

The drive-thru menu screen was half broken, making it impossible to see all menu items. The employee taking my order failed to mention additional options, which already set the tone.

I specifically asked which was better — the crisp burrito (beef vs chicken). I was told the difference was the cheese and that the chicken crisp burrito has cream cheese. Based on that explanation, I ordered the chicken crisp burrito.

Instead, I was given a chicken taco.

When I went inside and calmly pointed out the mistake, I was met with defensiveness instead of accountability. I was told, “There are four of us here and we all wear headsets and heard you say chicken taco.” That response was unprofessional and dismissive. If that were true, how would I have known details about the chicken crisp burrito’s ingredients unless it had been explained to me?

With four employees on shift, not one demonstrated basic customer service or attempted to resolve the issue.

This occurred on December 17th between 12:00–12:30 PM. Poor communication, poor service, and no accountability. I will not be returning.

The service and food are great, but coming inside to order has been a little awkward since they removed the ordering kiosks and the bell at the front counter.

This TacoTime location is hands-down the BEST in town! No matter the time of day, the way I order, or which team member I interact with, the service is always consistent, fast, and incredibly friendly. The staff goes above and beyond to be helpful every single visit, and it truly makes a difference. It’s rare to find a restaurant where the quality and customer experience are this dependable across the board. Absolutely the gold standard for what a TacoTime should be!

Best Taco Time around. Others in the area are terrible, and you need to get to a bathroom quickly.

Great food and all items are compostable. Even the forks and spoons. Everything.

Ordered fish tacos today. One came with no sauce and hardly any cabbage. The other one came with triple the normal amount of sauce and hardly any cabbage. The prices have gone up again. So I'm assuming they've joined the shrink flation club. Which is unfortunate.

I always have good experiences here and the service has been great

Always very clean. Employees are always very courteous and professional. The recipe for the food is always consistent and I've never gotten cold food passed to me through the window, it's always hot. I would recommend this branch of Taco Time to anybody.

I ordered a decently sized meal from here, received it and ate it all within around 20 minutes, other food was fine but the crisp tacos were soggy and completely lukewarm throughout, which does not happen at other locations. While waiting for my food, I looked at the awards on the wall, all of them were for speed. And yes service was speedy, but try aiming for more quality control. I'm sure your customers can wait a few extra minutes.

Love the drive thru very nice and the food was fresh tasting. Do not like the new kiosks inside. Does not seem welcoming like it was before when you go inside no one there if you have questions.
