Tucked in the corner of a gas station parking lot is this gem. Lots of variety in the menu and it's all flavorful and well made. Nice service and they get the food out quick. Everything you could want in a taco truck that'll keep you comin

I’ve lived in Maple Valley for over 6 years now and have driven past this food truck multiple time, it was always closed when I was heading to work.One day I was off and completely sick and tired of all the normal fast food around my location, since getting Covid I found that nothing I ate tasted good anymore or just had a really bad aftertaste it’s pretty depressing. I noticed the food trucks was open as I was passing by so I decided to turn around and go see if I wanted anything on menu. I ordered a breakfast burrito and boy was I glad I made the decision to turn around. I found myself saying after every bite omg This is so good. I only have 2 complaints. 1st one is they open at 10am and the second I find myself feening to go all the time. If you love a good breakfast Burrito you must check this place out!!

Honestly this place used to be really good but the quality of the food is going down and the prices are going up. I mean it’s the second time I’ve gone where they don’t even follow the menu presented and give you something else. The sizes for items aren’t consistent even if the price is the same. Multiple times they’ve given me drastically smaller sizes than what they used to. The workers are really nice at least.
I usually get the California burrito (which is fantastic) but I have switched to the torta- they put beans in it! Only way to have a great torta! Try them, you won't be disappointed:)

Every time I have tried to come here (3x so far) they are closed, even as early as 6pm with their phone shut off. I'm a big fan of Mexican food and being from California I really wanted to try the cali burrito. What are the actual hours? I'll update my review after I actually get a chance to try it
