Buffalo Run Restaurant

This restaraunt has been here for a while but now it has new owners. They are super nice. The menu is new, too. Which is a very good thing. The food is great. They make everything from scratch and you can tell. It's very good. I totally recommend checking this place out. They even have breakfast to go on weekends and the only place in the area that serves cocktails. Other places only offer beer and wine.

Had the burgers and house salad. Quality as expected in the area and portions were generous. Fries were particularly good. Good assortment of canned beers. Great wait service. They need to add pizza to the menu, but otherwise, worth a stop!

Had dinner here two nights in a row so I could get another piece of the carrot cake. Had the salmon one night which was great, and the pulled pork sandwich the other night, also very tasty.

This is a great restaurant with friendly staff and delicious food. We stopped for lunch on a rainy Sunday. I had the pulled pork sandwich with a super yummy cumin BBQ sauce, which came on the side (perfect) and spring greens with a light lemon vinaigrette. It's under new ownership and they seem to be doing everything just right.

had a lovely experience here! under new ownership as of august ‘21 (give or take) and it’s a lovely place, just the kind of vibe you want, with friendly staff and a really tasty menu. the garlic mashed potatoes were LEGIT. back patio is so cute, and the location was great after a long day of hiking nearby. several vegetarian options that were really good.

New owners opened up just a couple weeks ago. Really good food. Don't mind the limited menu, they stick to what's great! They have a penchant for using pink salt when they cook though, so if it's not your thing, just ask them to make it unsalted. Great stop on your way up to or back from Diablo Lake!

New owners and management, so it’s MUCH better than the reviews imply. Lots of in-house made food, not just your typical cheap diner/american generic pre-made stuff. Simple but really quality. Prices are a wee high, but for good food at one of the few restaurants in this area, zero problem in my opinion.

They took us in a half hour befor close and had us out by then. Awesome food hot a d super friendly team!

We took food out from this restaurant on our way to north cascade mountains national park. We had burgers from this restaurant and all of those were delicious with juicy patties. The waitress(sorry, forgot her name) was exceptionally customer friendly with her suggestions about choosing between different menu items. This restaurant has a beautiful outdoor dining area as well.

We took a day trip to the area. Stopped to have dinner at this gem of a restaurant on our way back to the city. I had some delicious glazed salmon with mashed potatoes and asparagus. The salmon chowder was yummy too. The outdoor area is cozy and lit up. We can’t wait to come back through. Thank you!

Fast service (fries were a bit late) and good food. We only did 3 appetizer plates and enjoyed them all. Wings, fries and chips, guac and salsa.

Happy to see the Buffalo Run Restaurant is reopened! The food was excellent and drink selection was good. Service was great too.

Food could not have been better. They just changed hands, so the menu is different than what you are seeing on older posts. Had the penne with a blush sauce, salmon chowder, salmon and mashed potatoes, and a burger. Food was cooked perfectly, service was great, but be patient with them since they are dealing with same employment shortage we all are. If we lived closer we would come here all the time.

The salmon chowder was over the top good! The view out back is wonderfully relaxing!
