This restaurant is closed due to remodeling of its kitchen, but in the google maps application it says open! Please correct this!
Food tasted ok but for being the only customers the food was a bit cold.
Tried it here in the Summer of 2024. No air conditioning. They tried with fans but it was still pretty warm. Food and drinks were better that time around. Service was great! This time around, very early spring, restaurant was cold. Again, they tried with awkwardly placed heaters. This time around we tried the Agave Burrito. The description was that it was the customers favorite. It was not good. We chose the steak version. The steak was chewy and cheap meat. The burrito was a mushy mess of rice, refried beans and chewy nasty beef chunks, we think 🤔 We ordered two House Margaritas and they tasted like juice. I'm fairly sure there was very little tequila in those drinks that they charged almost 15 dollars apiece. We had to order two more shots of tequila to make it drinkable. The service was good but unfortunately, it is hard to justify spending 77 dollars just for service alone. Not sure if we will return.
Grateful for this treasure in our small town and it's so delicious
The portion sizes are awful for the prices. My husband ordered the three meat trio and didn’t even have enough meat for two tacos. I ordered the pina al pastor and there wasn’t enough meat for two tacos. The flavor was okay that’s why I gave three stars but definitely not worth 80 dollars for two plates. They had two tables and it also took 35 minutes to get our food. We will not be going back.
I ordered an enchilada with mole sauce. It was the best, most authentic mole sauce I've had since being in El Paso, TX 15 years ago! You'll love it!
What a great place to eat! Very good authentic mexican food. I have tried several things on the menu and everything is delicious. They even have great drinks!
Great local food with reasonable prices on food and graet drinks
80 something for two plates is a little out of hand

This was my first visit. Food was standard Mexican fare. It was hot and tasty. Service was great. Atmosphere was mediocre. Restaurant didn’t appear to have heat. Two large floor heaters were set up in the dining area, but didn’t come close to providing enough heat. Layer up if you plan to go this time of year.
Unfortunately this restaurant is not a fully functional one. The food served does not match what is on the menu.
The building is not adequately heated in winter. There are reports of no hot water in bathroom. Someone is living in the restaurant after hours.
Staff caused a used grease oil spill this Nov 2024 in back alley. This required a hazmat response. And endangered an unknowing driver through alley who almost lost control.
Something is really wrong with this operation.

Food was excellent! I've eaten a lot of Mexican food and their carne asada was the best I've had. Rice and beans as well. My daughter had the torta and she said it was the best sandwich she's ever had. Friendly staff, definitely can't wait to come back!
Delicious tortilla soup and chicken taco salad. Friendly service. Old building.
