I've given this spot several attempts at a decent meal and it always fails. The burgers are super overcooked - this coming from someone who likes most things well done - and the fries always undercooked. Frequently my order is done wrong. It seems they can't keep staff very long and the new ones are always severely under trained.I'm just going to spend the extra time driving to McDonald's, it's about the same quality but cooked better.

We were so excited to have a cheesesteak. When we arrived, we were told they were out of buns, so only burgers were available. We ordered two burgers that had tiny, dry patties with a sprinkle of lettuce, tomato, etc. I ate about half before I gave up. We left hungry and disappointed. There were four cheesesteak buns on the counter when we left, unused. Guess they just didn't want us to have them.

I just ordered online for a couple of cheesesteaks. Let’s start with the fact that we ordered them on Romain no bread. (Which is an option when ordering online) we asked for no onions because my husband is severely allergic. Instead we chose to sub them for jalapeños. (All of which is important, stay with me) when my husband when to pick it up the female employee who was there on 3/22/24 was slamming food around making it very clear she was not happy my husband came in 40 minutes before closing. Our food included onions and lacked the jalapenos. It was also over iceburg not Romain. Which leaves us assuming we also didn’t get the extra add on we paid money for.The most disappointing part of this entire uncomfortable experience is that our dog just died and we didn’t want to cook. So we chose to eat out. I used to work here a long time ago and let me tell you guys. The values just aren’t there anymore. The message was clear. Don’t show up at 7:20pm even though they close at 8pm. So sad. Bruchis just isn’t what it used to be.

I have not had a customer service experience this poor in a long time. Two of the employees were really nice and trying. One was absolutely rude she was also being rude to the other employees. I ask for siracha sauce and they ignored me and when I ask again she rolled her eyes and yelled “no, we don’t have any!” The other person in my parties food never came, they eventually gave her a refund. When my mother-in-law ask for a rag to wipe the disgusting table the same employee was rude to her as well. The cooking area was dirty and gross.Bread in sandwich was undercooked a gooey. The bathroom was awful. I would avoid this location.

The steak supreme I ordered was not steak. They used ground beef and I didn’t notice that was also missing my chips until I got down the road. I am more concerned with the meat issue.

7” cheesesteak, extra steak and cheese…and a smash burger! Both were amazing!!! Taste was spot on and the staff were very friendly!

Great place for fresh food, friendly service , and a good time.
Employees took our order for 3 burgers knowing that someone a minute ago had ordered over 30 burgers an hour later I actually got my food terrible service dont go here

The food is always wonderful, the employees are kind. The only thing I'm unhappy about is corporate taking over the phone lines so you can't call in your order anymore... this is a very small town, corporate should respect that and let this bruchis operate like it always has!Vegetarian options: SaladsDietary restrictions: Salads and different meats, etc to choose fromKid-friendliness: Kids meals
