I got one of the pastries when I came in for my visit, the young lady, named Chantelle, was helpful and recommended me some good pastries! She’s is awesome and made my visit enjoyable. Will visit again; thanks for the service, and recommendations!

Really good coffee but even better service and attention.

Really disappointing experience. I came in excited to try their twice-baked croissants, especially the chocolate almond banana one. but it was dry, stale, and tasted overcooked! I couldn’t even eat it!

I was told that unsold croissants are kept for days and later reused, sometimes after being frozen — which might explain the texture and taste. For a place that charges premium prices, I expected way better quality.

Based on what I saw and tasted, I won’t be returning — and I wouldn’t recommend it to others.

It was an interesting experience to have two items that you were so excited for not be in the menu, that wouldn’t be an issue until we met our lovely host. It was such a beautifully brutal experience to feel like you don’t belong! Especially given the amazing uplifting attitude of the host! Come here for an unlimited amount of termagant behavior! 5/5 would not come again! 🙌 If you thought the bar was low! Expect to step in the door with a terrible stench of entitlement on a business that the employees pretend to own.

You have a wifi network called L' Experience Paris that has a pop up showing login is possible via Facebook or via email. I spent 10 minutes fussing with that over and over again and when it didn't work, I went to the counter to report it. I was then given a password to an actual working wifi network. When I asked the staff if the owners knew that the main wifi network page was broken, I was ignored because clearly that was a known issue.

What reason could you possibly have to leave up a broken wifi network that causes everyone to waste their time connecting to it over and over again? Have you ever thought how many wasted minutes of your customers time this has added up to? When people come here for $7-$10 croissants and $5 coffees, they expect working wifi, or at least not finding out that the wifi network they have tried connecting to over and over and over again was never going to work in the first place. It's totally disrespectful to your customers.

We had pastries and drinks. Everything was wonderful and the staff was extra nice.

Kid-friendliness: There’s lots of space for baby strollers.

This place served me on of the best latte’s I’ve ever had, and I truly mean that. Nice atmosphere here and it’s next to island books, so it’s a good place to grab a bite or s sip with a book. I will say it’s a bit pricey but they brought our drinks to us and also served complementary water, ice cold from a glass bottle. That was very nice.

Parking: There’d a parking lot in front of the store

Service needs vast improvement for an actual dining experience. Manager and wait staff lacking in experience. Orders forgotten and all parties at table should be served at same time.

This place is really cute and has a nice atmosphere, but it’s definitely on the expensive side. I paid $10 for my simple coffee, which was a bit of a shock, and since then, I haven’t returned. While I appreciate the charm of the place, I just don’t think it’s worth the price for what you get.

Very mid. Too expensive for coffee. They really upcharge the alternative milks. Their food looked good but I didn't get any. Seems more a place you'd want to go to grab a pastry than to grab a quick coffee. Disappointing because we don't have too many options for coffee on the island, thought this might be a good one, but I'd rather go to Starbucks [wish there were more options].

The pastries on display look old, but what comes out is new and delicious.
I had an almond croissant and a sandwich called La, California. Both are delicious.
Personally, I prefer the almond cream to be a bit sweeter, but it is good enough.
Sandwiches were good baguettes.
The atmosphere in the restaurant is nice.
I felt the plants would make the place even more wonderful.
Likewise the Issaquah store, I like the atmosphere and the French blue here.

The cashier lady was nice and calm.

The espresso was possibly a medium roast. I ordered a latte, but I could taste the milk.
I didn't find it to be acidic, which I prefer. I think it is a well adjusted and extracted espresso with a good balance of bitterness.

Overall, I like it.
