The food was good, not great, served Luke warm, and we did not receive our coffees we had ordered first until halfway through our meal. The ambience is like a cafeteria, lighting is awful, and the service almost non-existent. The 3 servers were trying hard, but overwhelmed by amount of people and there did not really appear to be anyone in charge. Very frustrating. We will not be returning.

This is a great place for breakfast and coffee. The service is friendly and efficient. I had an egg benedict croissant and an americano. It was all perfectly done and it's a place I'd like to visit more often, maybe try the bakery too.Parking: There's a big parking lot. You won't have problems finding a place even if it does get a bit busy around 10am.

Worst croque monsieur I've had. Seemed like wonder bread with one small piece of deli ham that didn't cover the bread. I didn't understand how service works. We didn't know if we needed to order at the front. A girl did take our order after a long wait. If there was actual service at tables, it was horrible. We were going to order drinks but she never came back so we didn't. Water didn't get refilled.

I usually enjoy this place but today was terrible!!! Waited over a hour for food. One dish was not what I ordered and server said it was and walked away. The two dishes that were supposed to be hot were cold not even room temperature. The only good part was the latte that took over 30 minutes to come to the table. I have worked in the restaurant industry and am usually extremely forgiving with restaurants but this was not at all ok. I didn’t let my table complain about the wait because the servers seemed to be doing their best but then to have wrong and cold food after waiting a hour was too much. Not sure when I will be giving this place another chance which is sad because in the past it has been good.

Such a let down! To begin on a good note, the customer service exceeds standard for restaurants. I went with a party and had a reservation in advance which they could not fulfill. They had to move others, which disrupted their experience. Secondly, my party each ordered eggs benedict. All of ours were overcooked, yolks were tough, dry, and had burnt English muffin. The wait time between when the first and last dish to arrive was almost an hour! The salad was tossed onto the dish which causes the dressing and hollandaise sauce to blend, which isn’t a good combo. This is one of the laziest dish I’ve ever seen.
I had an amazing quiche served by théo who had amazing service and I had an overall tremendous experience. I will be back.

I'm so upset at this bakery. We had a whole party centered around the "Galette des Rois" which is a custom we have from Europe where whoever gets the porcelain figurine will host it next year and wears the king clown. When we went to pick the Galete up at the bakery we asked the person that brought it to us if the cake had a figurine inside as we expect them to have because that's the whole idea of the tradition and she told us exactly this "yes it has a toy inside". We asked are you sure? Is this not the square "L" piece on the top? and she confirmed that it wasn't and that it was a toy. We did the whole cutting of the cake to find out there was no figurine inside and the whole thing was a bust and screwed our whole Galette des Rois celebration. I am so upset about this.I will never ever buy anything from them and I will tell all my European friends to a life them like the plague. I'm seriously fuming. All that money spent on that party wasted because these people didn't do their job.On top of that the quality of the Galette was subpar so even worse. They need to learn how to do a good one and train their people or do whatever so they don't destroy an evening celebration due to their disappointing performance.

Had a mocha and an almond croissant. The coffee was good but the croissant was a little chewy. I was expecting a crunchier and flakier crust since I was there first thing in the morning. I am also spoiled since I have enjoyed Arsicault's mouth watering croissants. The price was a little on the high side for a mediocre croissant. Service was great and the store was super adorable with great decor.
