This food is NOT good. We purchased 4 entrees, 1 side, 2 breakfasts and one dessert. Only one entree was passable, chicken in red wine sauce. The mashed potatoes were most certainly instant. All other entrees have been inedible to the point where we take one bite and in the trash it goes. We have found some amazing frozen meals by simple truth organic at the downtown Kirkland QFC that are heavenly and less than half the price. Also, all cooking instructions have been incorrect. It has taken on average 10-15 minutes longer in the oven than the instructions. And even then, the food is mediocre warm (we just got sick of waiting an HOUR for a hot meal). Do not recommend. On a different note, the service was terrible. The lady who checked us out had to be told three times by the other individual working there to stop chit chatting and help us. She didn’t say hello and proceeded to talk to the other customer about her alcohol fast. It was clear that we inconvenienced her conversation by trying to purchase items.

1st time in. Aeryn was super helpful. Store is generally arranged by diet type. Med, Keto Vegan, Vegetarian, etc. And color coded. I recently started low carb lifestyle and was glad to see how easy it was. Lots of choices. Fairish price although I wish they used organic products and/or GMO free but the ingredients are simple. I see it great for the busy single person. So far of the items shown in pic I had the Lamburgers in Creamy Sauce (has cabbage). It was filling and delicious. This one is heavy in calories but not many are that way. Looking forward to the souffle! Check them out!

Every once in awhile I get it in my head I am going to eat out less and eat at home more. I realized my dislike of cooking would prove to be a problem so I researched some options and found Performance Kitchen Crafted. The concept is pretty straight forward - they make real food that they freeze and we buy, take home, and cook in the oven to eat. Majority of their ingredients are real, pronounceable food. It seemed perfect. I found a nearby location in Mercer Island and had no trouble parking. Upon entering I was immediately greeted by a couple of masked employees. I will admit I almost was immediately also overwhelmed. I am not sure why but the multitude of freezers were a bit much. Each has a highlight of the type of food it is - vegan, dairy free, etc - and they also highlight certain chefs and certain collaborators such as Russell Wilson. I bought a couple meals and the cashier stated I made good choices. I am uncertain if he would have said I made a poor choice. The checkout process was very straightforward and hands free. Overall a very pleasant shopping experience!

The food is amazing. I purchased a few gluten free entrees. They were easy to heat, filling portions that were simply delectable.

The lady was super nice and the sample we tasted was good. We got 3 different meals, got home and microwaved them and they all were just mushy and not good. Flavors were off and lacking, and my son said it looked like prison food (!). I'm sorry but I've had $3 microwave dinners that tasted better. For the price of $8-12 per meal for a microwave dinner, I don't think I'll try it again.
