Einstein Bros. Bagels

The cashier an older woman was straight off of Seinfeld soup nazi. However we noticed she has one set of rules for some customers and convient service for others. Too bad you have that type of cashier she probably has ruined many 1st time expierences. We wont be back. We all work to hard to spend over 30.00 be treated as an inconvenience or differently than others who come in.
The guy making the food had great energy you need more people like him.

The bagels are never toasted long enough. They don’t get crispy at all, and the days when I order ahead, I get there less than 10 minutes later and they are already cold

Thie has really improved over the years. Usually wind up picking an online order every week and never had a problem once. Food is great and people are very friendly. Definitely one of the better EBs in the area!

What the hell is wrong with this place with their online orders? I order from them frequently because they’re the closest bagel place that makes sandwiches and every single time there is a major issue with the order that I can’t overlook. I ordered a bagel and a drink. The driver arrived with only the drink and insisted that was the only thing he was handed. I thought it was a mistake and reordered the same thing, a turkey egg and cheese. The bagel arrived with no egg even though I didn’t request it. I just ordered again today, same thing a Turkey egg and cheese. The bagel arrived.. with no turkey… what am I supposed to eat? A sad bagel with an sweaty egg and hardened cheese? Their food isn’t even that great, they’re just convenient with how close they are and they still manage to lower expectations. Please fix how you guys handle your online orders, we’re still customers too and we still have expectations. I just want what I ordered, I’m not asking for the extra mile.

Walked in and was ignored by all but a younger man who said he couldn’t help me. The oldest grey haired man helped someone else who came in after me and hushed me before I even said a word and put a finger up to silence me. Then after he helped the other customer he said “let me see your paper” and after I rolled my eyes at him he said “oh and how are you today?” I’m a door dasher and this was one of the rudest interactions I’ve ever had from a merchant. Will never come back and spend my money if that’s how you treat customers or delivery drivers. ??

Staffs were singing while they’re working, which means they have a great work environment. No food will be bad in a good place!

Came in to use the restroom ended up buying a tomato bacon avocado because the prices were so reasonable. The staff were very attentive and helpful. The bagel was fresh, the avocado was delicious. Highly recommend!

Had salmon lox bagel. Very good sandwich. Would prefer less salmon as it was a bit too salty. But good sandwich over all. Boyfriend had the brisket sandwich which was amazing.

Had a very nice beagle sub.We were assisted by John, who is a very hard working guy and made sure everyone was helped in the very best way possible.In the short time I was at the store I could observe that all the employees are very nice, friendly and they all work hard to help everyone, specially John.Thank you

I see other people here have complained about the unbelievable rudeness of the cashier lady. Well, I went to Einstein one day and this woman was INSTANTLY hostile toward me and had a horrible attitude. I ordered a certain bagel and, despite there being three of them clearly in the case, she said ‘we’re out of them’ in a very rude manner. I pointed out that there were three in the display case and she again rudely said that those were spoken for. So I left and didn’t say anything thinking she may just be having a bad day (it happens to all of us). But I went back a couple weeks later and, thankfully, I was not served by her. I did, however, hear the same woman being very rude to other customers and, now, having seen others complaining about her attitude, I decided to speak up. I see so very many mentions in the reviews about this very same person being just inexplicably rude and I’m now wondering; why isn’t anything being done about this? Do you like to be known for awful customer service?

Horrible demeanor, attitude and service. If it weren’t for her nastiness, this could be a great place to get some bagels. 1 star. Would NOT recommend!

Update: after this review, I get some canned corporate response saying, ‘glad to hear we satisfied your cravings’. Ummm did you even read the review? Or the dozen plus reviews complaining about this lady and the poor state of customer service at this location????
