Hello yeah I made the truck this afternoon to Mercer island I'm in burien so it's not a close trip anyway it felt like a wild goose chase but anyway I finally made it and you know the bagels didn't disappoint the only thing wrong with them is that I thought they were a wee bit stale but anyway Testing Yeah sorry about that my voice test isn't working but anyway yeah I I like the place you know I like really like Mercer island just kind of a far distance to go on a bus but I'm gonna begin to scooter hopefully soon then things should be easy yeah I got lost by the stadiums but everything was OK I made it so you know I walked 2 miles but I guess I'm going to survive 1 day doing thatOh and I've got a 3

Went here for lunch after a long run and loved it! The bagels tasted really good and the staff was super nice.

Breakfast bagel sandwich that I had wasn’t bad and I did enjoy it as one-off trying but couldn’t really love it. Bagel here was slightly thinner than what I normally prefer, and the way how they “assemble” the bagel sandwich resembeled Dunkin, which I felt less local and less attractive for a bagel spot.

I visited this Einstein bagels location today for the first time. I’ve been a fan of Einstein bagels for years, but it’s been a while since I last visited. It’s my favorite bagel place.

The kindest woman took my order today. I wish I knew her name, but she wears glasses and is a bit older.

She inquired if it was my first visit to the store, and I admitted it was. As a token of appreciation, she generously offered me a discount on my two bagels. I want to express my sincere gratitude for her thoughtful gesture. It truly brightened my day and reminded me of the positive impact that individuals like her can have on our world. 🌎 GOD bless this amazing lady!

This place is a joke! They applied so little cream cheese and sneakily packed into go to bag that I only discovered once I was home! Feel super cheated and won’t be returning again.

The won’t toast even if I’m ready to pay extra .. doesn’t make any sense to me. One of the employees was ready to do it, but was sent back..

We ordered 18 bagel sandwiches for take out. When I picked them up, they were cold and none of them were labeled. We were forced to open each package and sandwich and guess which person got which sandwich. When I called, the employee was flippant and disrespectful for no reason. “This Is how we do things here.”

This store has best customer service ever experienced , A+ rating food is always fresh , every employee is very friendly & helpful , rating 1-10 = 10+ highly recommend .

I randomly pop in every couple of months as I pass by en route to/from Seattle. The service is so efficient and everyone, from start to finish, is so friendly. What a great place!

The cashier an older woman was straight off of Seinfeld soup nazi. However we noticed she has one set of rules for some customers and convient service for others. Too bad you have that type of cashier she probably has ruined many 1st time expierences. We wont be back. We all work to hard to spend over 30.00 be treated as an inconvenience or differently than others who come in.
The guy making the food had great energy you need more people like him.
