Usually order mobile pick up and never have an issue but they only open drive through this morning so I tried. The guy barely understands me and I didn’t understand him either. Ended up getting nothing

Halima has great customer service and makes me feel welcome every time I visit this place! She makes people feel happy and she seems to love what she does! People like her should have a great opportunity to grow within the company! Very few times I have witnessed such an incredible job like she does.

I’ve only been to this McDonald’s a handful of times, even though it’s close by, and I’ve never had an issue with the food. It’s always been quick, and one time when I ordered online and they missed my order, the employees were really friendly and fixed the mistake right away. I appreciate that it’s never too busy here, and I have no qualms about coming back. If anything; I just wish they were open later! But that’s Mercer Island for you.

The employees here are so rude. Everyone except for the guy at the window that takes your card. I come here often as I work nearby, the one older lady gave me a huge attitude because I asked for a straw.
