I go to this location often but they just lost a customer. Why? Because of the shitty service and attitude of the manager on duty.
I had an app deal for a $2 fry and when I tried to use it, it said it had been used in the last 12 minutes (fun fact, it hadn’t). The manager himmed and hawed about how there is nothing to be done. First of all, that’s a lie. I’ve had app issues resolved before; they’re rare but it can happen. I couldn’t even drive to the next closest McDonalds and order within 12 minutes and I hadn’t been to that location so it was obviously an issue with their app.
Instead of honoring it, she wanted to fight with me over $2, despite me going there at least 5 times a week. I got an attitude, no food, and she lied to my face. I hope that $2 was worth losing $100s of dollars in business a month. 🦤🦤 flippin these birds at you. I’ve also reported them to corporate. Absurd. I manage customer support and this is not how to do it. No wonder they’re hurting for money.
