I generally love Pagliacci, but the food at this location is consistently subpar. Somehow the crust is either soggy and limp, or burnt to a crisp if you ask for “well done”.
The Verde Primo we got here is so different from other Pagliaccis, or even what’s shown on the menu. It was a giant mess of toppings sitting in a small puddle. There’s so little roasted garlic (if any?) and the cheese are concentrated in a few giant blobs. To be fair, I did add tomato topping which is not in the menu. But I’ve ordered the exact same thing at other locations that turned out great.

We ate at the Bellevue restaurant! We are truck drivers and go all over the country. This is the BEST Pizza we have ever had! We ordered the Agog Primo with roasted garlic. The crust was perfect crispy and light! BRAVO!! 5 Stars

It's fantastic pizza! The service is great- especially because they are busy. Their quality doesn't suffer when they're busy. Also we have a family member that needs gluten free. Their gluten free crust is just as tasty as the traditional crust. The dining area is a fast- food type area... still nice for a casual bite to eat.

But experience was terrible, I bought several times before, and this time I waited about 40 minuets just for one middle size pizza, I saw people who came after me getting their orders first. I finally got mine only after I asked about it—if I hadn’t, I feel like I might’ve never received it!

I normally come here for a quick slice, but this place is no longer me and my wife. Not the stores fault, but this is the most family oriented pagliacci, there is a least a family with kids coming in and out every 10- 15 minutes. E bikes/scooter parked right in front of the doors. Young kids walking around the store and tables with kids shouting. Not for those that like to eat in some quiet.

Small store with some but limited seating. Excellent for takeout. Single slice or whole pizza for pick up or delivery.
