terrible service from the barista, no greeting, no wish for a nice day, just a disdainful look
Weak coffee
QFC Starbucks. selection is bad. quality is so so. But at least it was open today. ok if yer getting an Americano and they are open.
I did a mobile order of four drink(three which were all the same)and arrived at said time it was supposed to be done, and Karen had just put out the first drink. Usually I’m fine waiting but I was in a bit of a rush today. As I waited another customer walked up and was waiting for Karen to take her order. She waited 5 minutes and decided that she didn’t have the time to wait anymore so they left. I don’t understand why she couldn’t have take the 30 seconds to take their order and continue to make mine. Then when she was making the last drink(iced matcha) I realized that she had hardly shaken any of them and it was all clumpy. I also asked for cold foam on them and she barely put any on. Idk I have had one to many bad experiences with this barista to not say anything.

Love this location, super fast service even when they are busy. They always greet me when I walk in and thank me on my way out.

5pm on Saturday, closed.
My daughter stopped for a cup of coffee. She had forgotten her wallet, she realized as she was in line to pay at the drive-through. She found enough bills and change in car to be able to pay just for her coffee. She apologized to the girl at the window because she couldn't leave a tip as she usually does. The girl rolled her eyes and scoffed. It was very rude. My daughter thought maybe her reaction was a cultural thing (no racism here, just facts) and that maybe in her native country, not tipping is a sign of disrespect. That's why she apologized. Whatever the reason, she felt awful.Being a former Starbucks employee, my daughter knows that this is not the way they are trained. Tips are wonderful, but when a customer is clearly sorry, it's not ok to be upset. She hasn't been back since then.
Fast and easy pickup
Always get great service. However, why did they discontinue the Chorizo and the Chicken biscuit's? So disappointed!
Average neighborhood Starbucks nothing too special.
