WAY OVERPRICED. I ate here for the last time yesterday. The food is fine. The service is fine. But I order a footlong sub and it cost $19 and change! No chips, no drinks. Pretty insane.

I wouldn't suggest ordering online here in advance. My online order was late, which I realize happens, but the way it was handled was terrible. My order was made at 12:14pm and was supposed to be ready at 12:30pm. After checking in, the employee acknowledged the order was late, finished up with the person she was helping and started making sandwiches for someone who had obviously walked in after the order was received. When confronted she tried to tell me that the order wasn't supposed to be ready until 12:45 and that I could refund it on my end. When I tried to take this route I found that the order had already been marked as ready and was unable. She said she couldn't do it on her end but that was obviously an outright lie. My problem here is not that the order was late. It was that the customer support given was poor and at times adversarial.

The ice machine has a mold problem. I asked the lady for a new cup, and she told me to try the ice again after I showed her there was mold in it. Once again, the ice had mold in it not that I would use the ice after that anyways. she didn’t want to give me another new cup, but why would I drink out of a cup that I know has mold spores in it she had made a comment like oh yeah, that’s the ice machine up there and it was on top of the fountain drinks like she knew it was already a problem or something That can make people really sick.
