I recently visited Akane while making an ad for the apartment complex I work at, doing a location spotlight for our residents. To be honest, I’m glad I did. The food at Akane was absolutely fantastic.

I started with the tonkotsu shoyu ramen, and it was incredibly flavorful. The broth was rich and savory, and I loved that you could make any bowl spicy, which added an extra layer of depth. The toppings were spot on, especially the chashu pork, which was perfectly...

Vegetarian ramen is a big disappointment. It has absolutely no flavor.

Nice little Ramen place with the best ramen I've had around here. Not sure if it's the owner but there's a gentleman there that always helps me make my ramen super spicy! Highly recommend this place
