My first time here last year there was froyo from pink berry (original tart and a berry flavor). Just went today to get more and the froyo machine was just soft serve (vanilla and chocolate). Definitely not froyo and not worth the $5. It’s the same as the soft serve at Costco. False advertising.

Closing times are not accurate. I’m a caregiver, work 24hr/ 72 hr shifts sometimes and just want a soda/ cola after work because I don’t drink. I always see workers inside but doors are always closed @ 10:30pm? Tonight I got someone to actually come to the door and explain because isn’t this supposed to be a convenient/ quick store? It’s Friday night, shouldn’t hours be open later? (I didn’t get her name but thank you for the soda!)

I've been here a couple times, and it's good, nothing to complain about so I can't really rate it anything other than 5 stars. Also one time we came they were emptying the ice yogurt machine and gave us the remaining for free. Pretty nice of them

Amazon go should stop pushing for tuttabella salads and stick to Amazon kitchen. TUTTABELLA salads are nasty and over priced.If you come in the store ignore tuttabella and head towards the sushi, there you’ll find the Amazon kitchen ones, your welcome

Pretty good sandwiches they do here and it's made to order. Great pricing and great fresh ingredients. Sandwiches run a little small but grabbing two of them is still a great deal.

This is such a new and futuristic "convenient" store shopping. You can't enter until you scan in on your app. Once in, you can return a package, shop for alcohol, doughnuts, a frozen drink, chips, coffee, or a freshly made sub sandwich. They also have frozen food and some groceries. Then, as you leave your app gets charged. It's pretty interesting!

I was confused by the process. Couldn't get the app to work so I gave up and left without buying anything. But they had a free car charger outside, so that was really my reason for being there.

Great store.A lot of good options in here. From alcohol to snacks to coffee and sodas.They also have a fresh sandwich section in there and reasonably priced.Best thing, dont have to take out your wallet. Just scan your code and enter and leave . The receipt will come to your inbox in a couple of hours.Only complaint, there weren’t enough folks to help people out to figure out how to enter and find the in store code etc.More manpower till people get familiar with this technology is recommended

I love it. It's easy to do returns here, and you often even get a $2 coupon to use after making a return, plus free coffee if you spend $5. Good variety of food and drinks, even a froyo bar. The workers are always really nice! Check expiration dates on dairy products, and the rice wasn't cooked on a General Tso's chicken dinner. Other than that, it's just great.

Decent convenience store. Better than a 7-11 in terms of options for purchase not to mention the fast purchase process.Can return Amazon orders as well. I accidentally put my phone on 12 pack beers lined up near the entrance and got charged although I didn't pick up one. Amazon customer service fixed it though.
It was very cool and convenient. good customer service and different experiences.

The good: super easy spot to do Amazon returns and you usually get a promotion with it. They have a pretty decent selection of snacks, drinks, alcohol, etc. for when you need to quickly run in to get something. I would say the selection is slightly better than a gas station.The premade food is fine in a pinch but nothing to right home about. The sandwich bar is good - you order and can customize on a screen. Have come for coffee a few times but it seems like one of more off the machines is usually broken or missing options. Have used the free coffee promotion but don't find it worth paying full price for. Prices are fair for some things but very high compared to regular Amazon for some of the household goods, medicine, etc.

Was a pretty big fan until recently. QoS have gone down - long queues for returns, sandwich orders take upwards of 10mins, frozen yogurt/ expresso machines out-of-service etc. :/
