Came in for sundaes then saw this huge mess on the counter. I hesitated but was told to rest assured the establishment was clean.

I just chose a simple vanilla dish

Worst experience ever at an ice cream stop. There was only 1 worker and it took him forever to get me a milkshake only for it to be 90% milk and very runny, and also doesn't even taste that good. I will not be returning to this place EVER!

Worst experience ever. Only 1 person working. Took me 15 minutes just to get my ice cream and it wasn’t even packed. I also Asked for a waffle cone and they said they don’t have anymore when the lady behind got a waffle cone. Milkshakes are not even milkshakes, there super runny. Do not go to this baskin robins!!

Im not the type to write reviews but the attitude of a young lady to my mom was disrespectful and immature. Me and my mom walked in (we haven’t been to BR in years) and two young ladies come out, one served me and the other served my mom. My mom got her ice cream first and went up to go pay while I was still getting served by the other young lady. But my mom said she was struggling to get her wallet out while holding the ice cream and she dropped the ice cream, my mom quickly apologized while the young lady that served my mom, cleans it and ROLLS her eyes as she walks away, while she gets my mom a new ice cream, I hear the girl aggressively opening and closing the glass shield, same with the ice cream scooper, and said to my mom with an attitude “next time use these ice cream holders” (and my mom never noticed the ice cream holder because she was struggling to get her wallet with one hand) But the entire time my mom was struggling to get her wallet she just watched my mom and said NOTHING. In my opinion, the girl didn’t have to get a WHOLE NEW ice cream if she said something before.

Probably never coming back to this Baskin Robbin's or any other for that matter. Maybe it was just a bad night but they had one kid working and it was insanely busy. He also did not know how to properly scoop a single scoop. But to top it off, my kids found little plastic strings in their rainbow sherbet ice cream. Apparently this has been a complaint with Baskin Robbin's since 2022 with ice creams being recalled. Apparently not all the locations got the memo! This is not OK and isn't consumer safe. Check your ice cream before you eat it.

I arrived 10 minutes before closing on June 3rd but the recently new hired young male employee told me they were cleaning up and they couldnt serve me ice cream. If your posted hours say you're open until a certain time, customers should be able to expect service until then. Closing early is unprofessional and demonstrates the company does not value the customers time.

We placed a pickup order and it stated the order was ready, when we arrived they hadn’t started it. The girl that ended up making our order was apparently new as she made sure to tell us she was still training. We ended up sitting there for almost 40 minutes waiting for four banana splits. One of the ice cream selections ended up having to be replaced which was not a big deal. Overall the wait was annoying but not the end of the world. I only decided to review because when we got home (14min drive) we found that the banana splits were bagged on their sides and ice cream was spilling everywhere as it had started melting, and we realized one of the orders wasn’t even correct. Very disappointing after such a long wait and spending $45 for just four of these.

Really bad attetion

This location is my go-to spot. The staff here is great, friendly, and helpful. The flavor selection is pretty great, they don't tend to run out or are low on my favorite flavors, and they keep a pretty clean shop. I highly recommend this location

This store needs a lot of attention very dirty and the kids that work their don’t seem to care which tells me neither does the owner this is sad because I use to live this store
