This location is my go-to spot. The staff here is great, friendly, and helpful. The flavor selection is pretty great, they don't tend to run out or are low on my favorite flavors, and they keep a pretty clean shop. I highly recommend this location

This store needs a lot of attention very dirty and the kids that work their don’t seem to care which tells me neither does the owner this is sad because I use to live this store

I order this same icecream cake from this location 3 times a year for each of my kids birthday, for the last 7 years. very disapointed this time. I understand everything costs a little more this year but the cake has always been 10" round. this year is was 5-1/2" at the top and the nuts were packed around the bottom edge to make the bottom size look about 7". I guess the kids will get a differnt kind of cake from here on out. Quality was about 50% as well as the size.

Baskin-Robbin should take this location away from the franchise owner. There were no ice cream cones. There were no napkins. There were no paper towels in the restroom. The place was a complete mess, totally disgusting! There was only one employee on a very busy Sunday, and she did an amazing job! But with a line out the door, she couldn't clean. The owner should have been there helping out. I won't be back.

Great place the ice cream is not half of the cup it's the cup that's big and it's a easy place to go that u know it has chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream and it's on the way home from gymnastics class and the parking lot is free.

Usually have a good experience at this location. With the recent remodel the inside seems a bit smaller for seating but is overall good quality. The service is good and the employees are quick to get orders done.

I am a huge fan of Baskin Robbins. Always enjoyed going there and chatting with the owner about our kids. My daugther wanted her birthday cake from here and she picked out everything on the cake. We made the order one month before. On the day we get there and was told there was no cake made for us. We were told the person that makes the cakes didn't show up last night. A few days later I called to speak to the owner. I was hoping she would have at least reached out to apologize. But no, I had to call and tell her the indicent. Her respond was " what do you want me to do". It was very unfortunate the way she handled the situation. Yes we got a pre-made cake off the fridge. But the whole point was the experience for my little girl that was waiting for so long to go there and make all the choices herself. I was really hoping the owner would have taken responsibility for the situation, but all I heard were excuses how she was tired and haven't had a vacation in a while. We are regular customers and bring my kids and family there a lot. I will be reconsidering going there again.

Owner makes beautiful absolutely delicious cakes and is incredibly kind! Ordered a Turkey ice cream cake for Thanksgiving and it was so good and so cute!

On point...you cant mess it up.

Good place to go for an after dinner treat. They have a good variety, including gluten and dairy free options. They also have over 200 custom flavors. There are a great number of toppings.

Usually people aren’t generous with the scoop serving at this particular BR location. But Mekanna made my day. She’s the best.

Not fresh ice cream waffles, and it's dirty inside the building

I have ordered from this location multiple times on ubereats and i would say about 75% of the time my fresh packed quart has only been half full and they almost never put oreo crumbles even though i paid an extra $1.23 for oreo crumbles. This has happened multiple times and i finally got fed up and called the store, the girl who answered had just arrived and was really apologetic but her solution was for me to drive there with the ice cream and she would put more ice cream in the fresh quart and put oreos on my single scoop. If i lived close this would be fine, but i live like 15-20minutes away which is why i ordered it on ubereats in the first place. I complained to Uber and they only gave me a $5 credit. Never order from this stingy location.
